Order placed April 11 (Order #FM2224)

Reached out May 2nd and the company could not give me proof of tracking and told me to be patient. I allowed 15 business days (as of 5/2) when the website only request 6-10 combining the processing and delivery time.

The refused to give me a refund or ship another item. The provided a broken tracking number on May 13th
