I ordered merchandise from the website on 4/27/2025. After a month without recieving the item, they told me it was sold out at the time of purchase, later I got an email that my order was cancelled. I reached out multiple times after this stating the cancellation was fine; please do not send the item and just process my refund. A month later, they sent me an invalid tracking number. After more email correspondence, they sent another tracking number and finally the item was delivered. I refused the delivery; the merchandise has since been returned to the seller and they still will not process my refund. I have ALL the emails. The company is fradulent

Found ad on Pinterest. No contact phone number listed and google earth shows address as a differ business and refunds r 14 days but so is shipping time. Very shady.
