I needed my sprinklers fixed. Angies list gave me his number and he came right over. He looked around my yards and cut a pipe off so I was unable to manually water with the sprinklers. He quoted me $4,000 but he needed $2,000 to start the job on Monday. I wrote him a check for $2,000. A few hour later I received a call from my attorney that they needed money. I read the invoice I received from the man with the sprinklers. I am able to cancel services for 48 hours with a full refund. I called he said no problem I will bring a check to you tomorrow. The date was September 16. Today is October 29 and I have not received any money back. He has promised to bring me money at least five or six times and he always has some kind of excuse. The invoice he gave me says JR Arborits. I can't find any on this company on the internet. I tried another phone he has and it took me to Tip Top Shamrock Arborists website. I would take this man to small courts but I don't know his name and really have an address or a company name for him. I call him Johnny. When he calls me is yelling because I Put a bad review on Tip Top Shamrock Arborists and he said the owner called him about it. Tip Top told me if I took the review down he would pay me. I still don't have a penny from him. I went added the bad review yesterday. I asked him for his last name and rudely said, "it's none of your business."

I filed a complaint with the state board of contractors because he has a license number he flashes around and it's no good. He advertises as a second-generation family-owned business.. I just now found him on Craigslist. Look up tree service and he's on there with his phone numbers and phony state contractor's number. I have been nice but firm to try to get my money back. I can't go to small claims without a name and I don't know to send him anything. I'm 69 years old, living alone and on social security. He came here to rip me off. He works on trees. I didn't notice the name on the invoice. I feel so foolish. Please help me. I really need to get my money back. This guy is such a liar.
