They called to confirm that the company information was correct. Recorded the voice.

Then called back months later saying we didn't pay our invoice with them. Played a montage of us agreeing to something but using the recording from when we confirmed our address, etc. They sent different invoices many times. Their HST and QST number are valid but to a QUEBEC INC company.

Phone number is just a person that answers and refuses to tell you what company she works for, just asks for your invoice Number.
