Bad GE Filters

Bought four for a great price. well not a single one worked. GE Repairman said they were knockoffs and the valve ends were not the right size. Ended up replacing with factory purchase from GE they work fine. Can't believe I took the bait. Buyer Beware, should have checked reviews before I bought.

Toolsverse charged me for an item I never received and then took more money.

I purchased an item on 8/22/22 from Toolsverse (https://thetoolsverse.com) for $199.95. The charge showed up on my credit card as "SWEET DILLS LLC 9177688695,CA,US". The same day I emailed them at [email protected] because the coupon code I had for the item was not attributed to my purchase. They finally responded to me on 8/25/22 but indicated they couldn't find my order. I then provided them a screenshot of my order confirmation. I never received the item.

I didn't realized until just recently that on 9/23/22 they debited my credit card using the name "SWEET DILLS LLC 9177688695,CA,US" for an additional $18.95. They did it again on 10/27/22. But then on 11/26/22 they changed their name to "FURNITUREHOUZSTORE.COM 8888435407,CA,US" and again debited my account for $18.95. Now just again on 12/1/22 under the name "FURNITUREHOUZSTORE.COM 8888435407,CA,US" they debited my account AGAIN for $29.99. In total, I lost $287.

I heard nothing back from them until 9/26/22 where they said they would check on my item and contact the warehouse. On 10/15/22, still no item shipped to me. I requested my order be cancelled and I'd be refunded my monies. Mind you, at that time I didn't realize at the time they were still taking money out of my account. I received the following response from them:

Hi Shelly,

Thanks for getting back and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I understand you'd like to cancel the order due to a major delay with the shipment. I've gone ahead and made a follow-up with our Billing Team for the cancellation and refund request so it gets credited back to your account the soonest!

We truly appreciate your patience on this.

This was the last I heard from them. I have notified my credit card company of this information and they are investigating.

They seem to have multiple business names, some of which include the one I've been scammed by which was Toolsverse, but they also are associated with Zeolis, Fashionsmine, WatchWhole, Travel Pets Pet Accessories, plus more according to this website: https://upcomingbrands.org and you are directed there from FURNITUREHOUZSTORE.COM.

I have reported this incident to the Federal Trade Commission as well.

Worthless GE Water Filters

Ordered three from Toolsverse.com for a total of $120. After several weeks of waiting they finally arrived, but don’t work. The necessary chip that the refrigerator must detect was not present on all of the brand new filters received. Have attempted to contact company for refund but no response. I feel like a complete [censored] for falling prey for this scam. Never again. Stay away from this untrustworthy and worthless company. God will take care of those responsible and I forgive the very sad people who are behind this.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap off of this website over a month ago and have yet to receive any sort of update on my order. I tried to contact the business several times and have gotten no response. There is no way to track your order.

I tried to do my due diligence with this website. It appeared to have legit review from customers, but I can only assume they are fake.The website fraudulently uses icons of the ScamPulse.com and other reputable establishments to appear to be legit. Upon further inspection of the website, there are many typos on the pages. They also force you to sign up for a "rewards program" when you make a purchase which then charges your account automatically each month. Of course you can't cancel the membership because they do not respond to your emails.

I ordered a birthday gift from a Facebook ad. It stated that it would ship out in 5-7 business days. I have emailed them repeatedly and keep getting the run around. Its been over a month now, so I finally requested a refund. Since then, they have stopped responding.

It’s a SCAM.

Do not order from Toolsverse. I placed my order (that was very expensive) almost two months ago. I have received the same notification on my Shop pay app that a label as been created and USPS is awaiting my item. It’s been saying that for 1.5 months or more. I emailed Toolsverse support and they said they are “working tirelessly to fulfill my order” I have it a few weeks after that and now I’m just plain furious. If they actually had the item in stock it should not take nowhere near this long for me to receive my item. Please do not order for this company. I hope that I am able to get my money back.

Scam Purchase

I made a purchase on 8/6/2022 through Klarna and that was the reason I decided to go ahead with the purchase because why would Klarna affiliate themselves with a scam? But they did. I have received several emails letting me know that they’re going to ship my product but they’ve been busy. On the Toolsverse instagram page there are dozens of complaints of the same thing happening. Klarna will eventually return my money but only after giving the scammers a chance to either return my money themselves or send me a fake product. Klarna has since removed them from their partnered websites.
