I found trademarkjust.com because I wanted to have a company helping me have a trademark for my company name and logo. After months of "working" on my case and them charging me for different things, I contacted the USPTO to request the documents or letters sent to trademarkjust.com to compare them with what the provided me. The USPTO responded that the documentation I sent does not match their records and gave me links to access the so called "trademark filing" the scammers did on my company's behalf. Thankfully I paid with a credit card. I called my bank and told them that all the charges they did were fraudulent.

I'm hoping that the bank can solve this issue.

This website is fraudulent. I have suffered a financial loss exceeding $67,000 as a result of its activities. A recurring pattern observed in this scheme is the continuous demand for additional payments from victims under false pretenses.
