A caller calling from travel services named Jennifer, she said she worked for diamond resorts. Offered me travel packages credits however I would have to pay right then over the phone by credit card or debit card.

- Erie, CO, USA

I have received repeated phone calls from this company indicating that they are calling about the "vacation package I purchased" ... some say it was $1000, $2000, and $5000 or more. They "claim" that we purchased a vacation but never booked it. Of course, they offer to help you out for the low price and pitch you a vacation package which includes a timeshare presentation. Packages I've been quoted range anywhere from $99 - $499 and up. They offer to send you to all sorts of places including - Miami FL, Hilton Head SC, the Carribean, etc. and of course you "get" to preview their property (that's sales speak for we're going to force you to see a timeshare presentation). Despite asking to be put on their do not call list multiple times, this company continues to call me almost daily. In addition, I did purchase a "package" from them last year and paid the $399 (stupid me) right before the COVID pandemic hit. Now they refuse to refund my money and only want to provide me with more vacations as a consolation prize. BTW - who books a vacation (even for $1000) and "forgets" about it? Seriously!

Travel Services rep Scott ******** called from a Private Caller ID and attempted to collect funds for a travel package purchased over 2 years ago. I don't recall such a purchase and my wife has been handicapped since 2017. Claimed that a purchase of $398.00 was made on March 15, 2019 and another $300.00 payment was made, but didn't identify the date. Now says we owe another $698.00. I refused to authorize the amount. I do not recall ever receiving a vacation package from this company, nor do I recall any payments to them. In review of my banking statements for 3/15/2019 time period, I observe no such payments to this or any other similar company for this amount or near this amount. I suspect this to be a scam taking advantage of older adults.

- Van Nuys, CA, USA

This company called me saying I had already paid for a vacation, and by not taking the vacation I owed $2,000 because I did not attend the time share meeting and they had a voice recording of me agreeing to the terms, and that I was contractually obligated to pay or else it would go onto my credit report. I got off the phone called my credit card and it turned out I had been refunded for the trip that I had bought through Allen Marketing Group two years earlier. So she was completely lying to get me to give her my credit card number. I called back, and the woman just kept hanging up on me once I told her what I knew. I called back again and got a voicemail box with the name of a guy called David Spoon.

Got a phone call from a live person stating that a vacation purchased in the past is up for final review.

Was offered more travel options as an extension for extra money and no expiry date.

When I asked for a refund of anything that was paid, they refused stating that I agreed to terms of use that state no refund.

I asked for a copy of those terms, the answer was that the sign up was with an affiliate, when I asked for the affiliate, they said they don't know.

Kept calling over and over from local #, name cut out a bit then asked if I could hear them.
