Tron Foundation is supporting fraudulent and scam organizations to leverage its USDT cryptocurrency. I was defrauded nearly 15K USDT or approximately $15K USD because of scam activities occurring on COTPS.com and their relationship with Tron. The service is a Crypto Arbitrage product. COTPS.com and TRON closed down their SMS capabilities which are required for withdraws and transfers on May 11th 2022. The company noted that SMS "technical" issues were the reason and that all services would be restored on May 22, 2022. That day came and went without the feature being addressed. This morning a new message was generated from COTPS.com and TRON that their platform had been hacked and that all trades and funds would be unavailable for 2-3 more weeks. COTPS.com and TRON are now offline and not operating the site and platform.

RUSSIAN SCAM ICO AFFECTING UNITED STATES CITIZENS HOSTED ON THE TRON NETWORK.

On Sep 2018 a new ICO on the Tron Foundation network launched called ReynaToken. This ICO is now known to have been operated by a Russian scammer named Anthony Kudaev. The Tron foundation was notified over and over via social media that Anthony Kudaev and Reyna Projects were scams yet they still allowed for a few month period of trading on their online exchanges Trxmarket and Tronscan.org. There are hundreds of people who have tried to contact Anthony Kudaev to get their TRX used to pay for the ICO back via telegram and twitter and he has disappeared.

The Tron Foundation should also be considered liable as their Head Quarters location is located in San Francisco, CA and allowed the trading on their offshore exchanges.

This complaint is against Anthony Kudaev and the Tron Foundation for taking zero action in assisting with recovring the stolen TRX.

Tron Foundation has been publicly notified via Twitter by Tron Community members about Anthony Kudaev and his ICO scams and have been notified it needed to be delisted from their exchanges.

No public statement has been made from Tron Foundation is regards to this ICO scam nor has any effort been extended to help recover the stolen TRX.

There are several articles circulating that talks about how the Tron foundation hosted exchanges are allowing scammers to host their ICOs.

ReynaToken was a known scam cryptocurrency token hosted on the Tron Foundation networks online exchange. In order to get listed on this exchange it must be vetted by the tron foundation team. I invested well over 1 million TRX to this project before being notified it was a scam and delisted from the exchange. Because the tron Foundation vetted this token and added it to its online exchange they should be responsible for ensuring a project is safe. The scammer that created the token is Anthony Kudaev and is in Russia. There is absolutely nothing ReynaToken investors can do to get our money back other than hold Tron Foundation exchange practices accountable. I have not been able to find anyone who can help me assist with the stolen TRX crypto so I am requesting ScamPulse.com assist with making contact. If poor project vetting continues on this exchange the US Treasury Dep, CIA, Homeland Defense and IRS need to know there is a US stationed Cryptocurrency foundation allowing for scams to take place on their network.
