TrueFeat misrepresents their product. Poor quality. worse, there is no way to interact or return. customer service is a sham.

Ordered bc they say leggings are made in the USA. Leggings came on Feb 8. Tried on but didn't fit also made in China not usa. Used their return request form and have not received a response 10 days later with 2 follow up emails. Want to return for a refund.

I looked at an ad on Facebook for leggings. I tried to look at size information and suddenly it said thank you for your order. They had my card information without me giving it to them. I have tried emailing them multiple times with no answer. I canceled my card and disputed the transaction within 10 minutes of the occurrence. This was 3 weeks ago. I just received the item in the mail. I have no idea how they know my address. It’s a big scam.

I ordered legging - finally after harassing and harassing I got 2 pairs. They still owe me a pair of white ones. They took my money also and apparently they have done that to several people. Don’t get caught in the trap!

I ordered 2 pairs of Trye Feat leggings. My card was charged but I got NO email confirmation. I waited 2 months. Nothing. Found an email address because there is NO contact phone number. Emailed MULTIPLE times. NOTHING. it’s now over 4 months. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered a pair of leggings. No packing slip, No order information. Emailed [email protected] to process return. NEVER heard anything. NO phone number, NO chat, ZERO, NOTHING. Now I will file complaint with credit card company so they may continue dispute. HORRIBLE. DO NOT SHOP TrueFeat.

Ordered their three for the price of two. I received one pair of bicycle shorts. It took months to make contact. I returned the other two pair of shorts, and I was ghosted. This was in 2020.

I never received my September 1 2022 order for two pair of leggings. I have written many times to no avail. USPS says they got a shipping label but never received the order. I also paid for expedited shipping. Does this company actually exist?

Buyers BEWARE! Check the BBB site for this company (under Golden Coast Apparel) and see over 100 complaints in last 3 years! They took my $90 three weeks ago, emailed a tracking number for USPS which shows the post office still has not received the package, and they will not respond. There is no customer service number and the company phone number listed goes into voicemail but the VM box is full! They do not respond to online inquiries through their website. Total RIPOFF as far as I'm concerned. I will dispute charges with my credit card company for refund. Don't trust!

THEY STEAL, LIE, AND CHEAT. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. CHECK OUT THE BBB. THEY KEEP THE LEGGINGS AND DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND. REPORT TO THE FTC ALSO.

Awful. Ordered 3 shorts in 3 colors, XL. I returned them and were received by company on 04/29/21. They do not respond to emails. No refund and no replacement. SCAM!

I ordered 4/23/21 leggings. 5/01 Inquired about shipment. 5/03 they wrote delay (covid) should ship within 4 week timeline. 5/07 process of being shipped but delays 5/10 on the way! 5/14 "out for delivery" 5/14 Order received by me. 5/15 I ordered incorrectly. You emailed me to go to return link, I did put in my order number. "The order was paced more than 21 days ago. We cannot accept the return". WHAT?! I wrote 2 emails since then...same link, same message. Am I out $54 ? SCAM.

I ordered from the company Dec. 2 and never received the order. I was charged $62 on my cc. Now looking into it, the phone # doesn’t work and other people had the same problem and yet they are still scamming. I learned my lesson to stay with the known companies.
