I purchased 2 heaters. The were advertised to heat a room, 1 per room. On the commercial on YouTube, it has the unit showing 74°. After receiving and plugging in, they only go to 32°! I have contacted the company several times with no negotiating or replacing and they want me to pay to return the merchandise to China. The Merchandise was received defective, so why do i need to pay to return it for less than price of purchase, shipping and return receipt. Evidently they are a scam! Please warn others! They say they will return a portion of price paid after their fees are deducted. SCAM!! Thank You
