Tryhoudini.com has charged me extra dollars without my knowledge for shipping and subscription fees. After purchase they do not respond to emails. They only reply by sending auto-generated replies. This company needs to be reported for fraud.

I clicked on a Facebook advertisement for a hair growth oil that I wanted to try on my foster kids. They have a lot of hair breakage due to neglect. I was taken to a website selling the oil on sale for $8. Shipping was 3.95, and my total was $11.95. I immediately got an email saying they had charged me $17.95 and said I also had a subscription. I looked closer and found that they had added a subscription to my order and would start charging me $37.95 a month until I cancelled it. I have reached out to the company via their online help portal, cancelled the order, and asked them to cancel the subscription. I am also working with my credit card company to potentially cancel my card. Lesson learned: don't click Facebook ads.
