I saw an ad for light therapy on Pinterest which sent to me to the trynutriskin.com website. I made a purchase for one of the therapy masks for the amount of $139.00 on 9/22/2023.

I received an email on 9/29/2023 stating that my purchase had been shipped. it included my order number, tracking number and a link to track my shipment. However, when i tried to use the link they had sent on the email it was not working, it took me to a blank screen.

On 10/11, i contacted the company via support link and sent an email inquiring about my purchase. i hadnt received it and the link still wasnt working. I received a reply shortly after stating that they had been experiencing system glitches and bugs but they were working on it but that my tracking number was valid and "rest assured, my order was in transit". On 10/13 I replied to the email asking "Angel" (the support rep that had emailed me) how much longer will it take and where was the packages location. Angel stated on the reply email i received that "providing an exact shipping timeframe, location can be challenging due to various factors including the destination (we are in the same state) and unforeseen circumstances".

On 10/16 i emailed back stating that I would giving the package until 10/20, that being 15 business days (the site claimed at the most it would take two business weeks to receive my package) and if i hadnt received it by then I wanted a full refund for my purchase, including tax and shipping.

I received an email back from Angel R stating that she had personally escalated my order number to their logistics manager, prioritizing its expedited processing and that was the last I had heard from the company, but not before she added that she would like to give me 10% off my next purchase! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! i havent received my purchase and they think that I would dare "purchase" something else (meaning let them scam me out of more money)! I made one more attempt to communicate at which time i asked how it is possible that they cannot give me a refund or tell me the location of my package... I never heard back!

I purchased from their website and after a few weeks went by I inquired with their support about tracking. They apologized and explained that they had to shut down one of their plants in the US, and that the product was now coming from Shanghai. They refunded 10% of my order and assured me it would be arriving soon since they made my order a priority. After weeks of waiting and multiple emails back and forth, I decided to request a full refund and cancel my order. It has been days now without a response when they usually respond within 24 hours.
