These are a bunch of crooked mother[censored]ers. Somehow I got signed up to their streaming service (which I absolutely did not want) and somehow they had my debit card number, which I DID NOT PROVIDE. Fortunately my bank brought this to my attention. After a 5 day “free” trial you are automatically signed up to a $39/month service. BEWARE. [censored] of the earth.

I downloaded a qr reader app and all of a sudden I’m signed up for tudum! No idea where it came from. I will watch my credit card info to be sure im not paying anything. I contacted them and was told my subscription was canceled. A scam

Signed up in process of setting up a Tesla wall charger. It looked to be part of procedure. Checked these negative reviews 4 hrs later. Went to Tudum.co online, signed into the acct # they set up for me, found that I could enter a chat session & requested they cancel my acct. They responded immediately stating that they could & did cancel. I then notified my bank & requested that the initial $1.00 chg to my credit card be disputed. Hopefully Tudum followed thru & cancelled my account. What a scam.

Earlier today I was out and was trying to park and similar to others the website directed my to create an account that linked my card. When I got home I saw the confirmation from tudum. I found this and immediately cancelled my card. That I you all for your posts.

Som-farbe.com LOC on my bank statement, $39.95 charge.
Go to that site, hit contact us and was told they were billing me for a subscription to Tudum.co which I've never heard of in my life. Agent canceled this subscription.
Called bank to shut off my debit card. Grrrrrrrr!
No idea how this happened, I haven't signed up for anything (others here have mentioned netfix, nope!)
Scam!

Apparently, this 'company' stretching that word as far as possible, is run by the same criminals in Brooklyn NY, as Diststal.com, and they both claim to be an American based organization, except the only contact information provided on their website is a call center located in the UK, which is next to impossible to reach...
They hide themselves inside of other online transactions to steal your card / bank information, then enroll you without consent to their 'service', which is basically nothing at all, but a $39.95 per month recurring charge to your account.
You will be forced to cancel your card, then go into your bank to dispute their charges, and even then you are not guaranteed to be safe from these cyber terrorists.
WATCH OUT if you do any transactions online, because these [censored] are watching, and will add you to their list of victims!
Another version of the Diststal.com online scam....

Just adding my two cents to the growing complaints against the bogus TUDUM.com. Aside from the fact that someone needs to go to jail for this kind of crap. I too was a victim of the same scheme and for a longer duration. I was somewhat duped into believing it was tied my NetFlix account. Thinking they changed billing vendors. My experience is very much the same story as the others. Out to dinner with my wife - needed to create a Parking Account MC Card was denied Seeing the small charge on my MC acct Thinking that was the cost for my ( Paid ) parking spot Then grew into a 39.50 charge per month service I never signed up for. Spread the word with family and friends to check your spam folder when creating a parking account from a sticker on a black metal pole. Next time I park on the street and take the $15 parking violation. So worth it...

Saw this charge from a company called cyb-dig.com for the last 6 months for ~$52 CAD. After contacting them I found out that they are just a billing company for a service from TUDUM.CO which I have never heard of or signed up for. Trying to get my money back now since cyb-dig is cooperating with me but TUDUM is a definite scam.

I did not sign up however they had my bank debit card number and a created (their own) username and a password which is one I frequently use. I called to cancel and got a reference number. The young lady could not tell me how much it is or how much I would be charged but yet they had my sh_ _ ! I guess I will be changing my user-friendly password. This happened after I reset my phone. It seems unless it's a coincidence.

Auto Directed for Free Trial of Tudum.co; From what I've read, folks get suckered into paying $45/month... I don't want this and never did. Tried to cancel, but need to wait for their reply... which probably takes longer than 5 days. WIll contact my credit card company to change card number - which sucks in its own right!

... for a service I hadn't ever used. Followed that website until I found a phone number. NO idea how they got my information but it would appear that I signed up for a "trial" and my card was charged for several months. Doubt I'll get a refund.

Same thing! I tried to visit a management company via a bar code, and I think they hacked into the property company website to show that I needed to provide a credit card to verify me. Good grief! I can't believe I fell into the trap. I ended up calling my bank to cancel the card and have a new card to send to me and talking about all the trouble I had to jump through. What a waste of time!

I too was trying to download the parking app and was kind of in a hurry. I sign up and was sent to a screen with a selection of apps and none of them were for parking. I looked on my phone and zilch - no parking app. I got home and checked my mail and they actually sent me a receipt but the website is for videos. I called them and they answered my call and allegedly canceled my subscription. There is a small charge on my card so we'll see where it goes from here.

I did not register with this company. My computer has been hacked and someone else registered me. remove me from this company!

My husband somehow ran into this subscription scam and they have taken $39.95 and $1.95 for the last 3 months.

These bi+€|~|’s are just getting away with this s|~|!+?getting paid by ripping people off and no one is doing s|~|!+ about it. Unbeatable.
