I was placing an advertisement on Kiiji London Ontario Canada for a condominium lease opportunity . All of a sudden I see a purchase confirmation for Tudum.co . I called the same day & the service person canceled my subscription & no charge
I asked how the hell did I sign up for this? The service rep said I must have filled in a pop up . Hopefully this helps the next person!

I was charged $39.95 for some company named DIG-P.COM. I called my bank & they gave me a number to call and it turned out to be something called Tudum.co. Never heard of either company. Not a happy camper right now! I don't even go on dating sights or streaming apps & don't purchase anything online, except from Amazon.

I signed up to complete a typing speed test with TypingTest.com for a chat job. I signed up for the free trial. Later I noticed I had a charge from Tudum.co of $1.28. I contacted them to cancel my subscription and why I was charged. They said I had signed up for their subscription and would cancel it. They told me that I had signed up for their membership and that I was not charged because it was free. I told them that I will call my bank to have the charge traced back to them. That's when customer service said that the charge was to make sure I had money to pay for the subscription after my 5 day free trial. I asked them why signing up for a typing test membership ended with me signed up to a membership to tudum.co. The customer service representative keeps purposely avoiding my question. I have called them out as a scam and sent them previous reports of their scam that I have found. I will be calling my bank to report this scam, I only hope I can block further transaction from this account instead of canceling my debit card.

I tried to pay for parking in Ft. Lauderdale. No confirmation of parking being paid, did NOT check 'yes' box to subscribe yet email received next day that I am subscribed to Tudum. Scam as I did not authorize this.
Trying to cancel. Chat says open Sunday to Monday 9am to 9pm. Apparently only Monday to Friday.
I did not check the yes box to subscribe and this scam enrolled me anyway. Never confirmed that my parking was paid and THIS was how I got involved in the first place. Pay to park. NO INTENTION to subscribe to some entertainment service that has dubious credentials in the first place. They make it even more difficult to contact them ti fix it.

I was trying to pay for public parking! Somehow 1 bank account locked down, as tadum.com tried to send 2 $1.00 charges thru. Tadum told me my credit card was denied, please try again. I used another debit card, again thinking I was paying for county run public parking. This one went thru. Shortly after, when the restaurant I ate in denied my card, I knew I'd been robbed. I canceled both cards and warned the banks. Also canceled the fake subscription on line. All this happened as my husband was having cancer surgery. Hospital cafeteria is closed due to covid. I just needed food. Freaking crooks.
Ps. They put my password on the billing statement

I was trying to sign up online through my smart TV for the Hallmark channel. This company called relentplay.com has charged my credit card $39.95 since February of this year. When I called the company there was no name mentioned during my wait time. A person came on the line and I couldn't understand hardly anything they were saying. I asked the name of the company and the person didn't answer. I had to give the last 4 numbers of my credit card to look up my account. I cancelled and complained about not signing up for this and was promptly given 3 months refunded. The person said the name of the company is tudum.co. When I called the other night 833-994-2730 I got a recording that stated business hours are 9:00am-9:00pm or go to abhelpline.com. I went to the website but there was nothing. I am upset that I didn't notice that I was being billed for this until now. I usually am very good about checking my bank statement but missed this for 7 months.

I too received $39.95 charges from AMORPHVID.COM & called bank to dispute the charges immediately. My husband had said he knew nothing about it & didn't charge it. I called the number at AMORPHVID.COM to cancel & it the Customer Service lady was like...(Disregard AMORPHVID). "We are Billing Support for a lot of different companies here. Let's start with your name & last 4 digits of your credit card number." GOD what a scam... I HOPE it cancelled. Thank god I recorded the call.

Took 39.95 out of my account an I did not authorize it

I received a credit card charge for $39.95 with a fraud alert from my credit card company to an Athemic.com NY. I called Athemic and the woman who answered the phone sounded suspicious wanting my credit card information up front and hardly speaking English claiming the call was placed the the Philippines while her dog barked loudly in the background. She claimed the the charge was from Tudum.com, which is allegedly a streaming service, but no one ordered Tudum, nor authorized Athemic to process the charge. She claimed the account was closed, but I cannot be certain based upon the suspicious nature of the call.

There was a credit card charge for $39.95 to Athemic.com NY, whom I called and they appeared suspicious (as the call was sent to the Philippines and I dealt with a person who didn't speak English well with a dog barking in the background who wanted my credit card information up front). This woman who represented herself as being from from Athemic claimed it was a charge Tudum.com, which is allegedly she claimed a streaming site that no one ordered. The charge was blocked by the credit card company with a Fraud Alert already, but I demanded that the account be closed. Based upon the suspicious nature of the person with whom I dealt at Athemic, I cannot be sure if the account was closed.

I was in my app store trying to download nbc to my tv. I gave them my banking information not thinking about it I I got up in the morning and had a debit in my account for a $1.95 it said it was for sickofit-play all day. The name that they used when I googled it was tudum. I guess
that really ment to dumb. I called the number listed 1-833-738-0319. They didn't give the name of the business. A man answered and said I have five business days to cancel my subscription. I canceled my subscription and hot carded my debit card. STOP THESE THIEVES! report them. I did.

I was checking my current USBank statement from Kroger and noticed I had not one but two charges for $39.95 on my statement. I called the number associated with this charge. The number went to xnetshp.com. The lady I talked to name Lori, was really nice. She asked if I wanted to cancel the service which she said was a streaming video service of some kind I had never heard of. I did cancel the service and she refunded my two charges. I have no idea how that came to my credit card but please warn others that it is a scam and do not subscribe to the service. I didn't even realize I had. So fair warning people! Watch your credit card accounts carefully.

Did it actually cancel?

I bank with Chase. A fraud alert came up on 7/9 stating that my card was tried to charge $39.95. I didn't know what this was but could not cancel my card at that time. 3 more attempts were made. I finally emailed someone at digitprod.net because that is what the fraud alert stated was the Company trying to use my card. My card was never charged however, the response I got from my email was short and sweet. Stating that my account had been cancelled and no further charges would be processed. In the email it stated tudum.co. I emailed him back to say what is tudum co and how did you get my info? I specifically asked, is this a SCAM? No response.
Beware of Tudum.co and digitprod.net, they are trying to get our hard earned money. I hope that everyone comments here!

Did the subscription actually cancel?

Charges recurring $39.99 1-833-738-0319 a phone rm for vendor's stated for a streaming company I did not subscribe to! Report to bank Scam

Seldom do I CK my statement, that's changing! My bank gave me the toll free # alongside of a $39.99 charge. Called, the phone reps are subcontractors for numerous vendor's which means they're in cubicle's for hacker's! Red flag when I called:1-833-738-0319 and the intro doesn't state any company! Rep's service many vendor's! The charges were recurring and rep stated they would reimburse both charges. I already called my bank prior. I don't recall a site named tudum! They claimed it's a steaming site, I never subscribed and have no idea how they got my card #! I didn't use it for any apps. I never buy an app. SCAM BIGTIME! REPORT! Let's stop them! TICKED!
