I was trying to pay for public parking and needed to sign up for a new account on my phone. The web page posted on the parking meter directed me to create an account, and then enter payment information. I entered my usual Amex card and it said it was not valid. I then used my Bank of America Visa debit card, and there were problems with that also.
I forewent the whole parking app ritual because It was very cold and I was pissed off.
By the time I reached the restaurant, I was getting text fraud alerts from my BoA debit card. There were a couple of small dollar charges on my account, as well.

Typically, a fraudster will run a few small dollar transactions on your card as proof that the card number is valid, and then the card number can be sold on the "carder" black market as being verified, vs an unverified card number which has a lower value.

tudum.co is 100% a fraudulent operation. Any cardholder who has been scammed or disagrees with these charges should contact the phone number on their credit/debit card and tell them that you want to "do a chargeback" on the fraudulent charges. Your card company will most likely side with you, and it becomes quite expensive for the merchant to dispute (hundreds of $), plus the merchant payment processor has to track the number of chargebacks for its merchants and shut them down if they exceed the limit.

In short, if you receive a charge from tudum.co, contact the 800 number on your card and do a chargeback.

I was trying to do something within Redbox when it took me to the page to sign up for a free streaming service. At the end of the normal information filled out there was a box pre-checked for a $5.99 trial upgrade which I unchecked. Hit enter and a few seconds later it denied my ccard info so I just figured my wife had cancelled that one for some reason and entered another card. Yeah…. same result, declined and whilst I kind of muttered some not so niceties my phone dinged with a fraud notification from the card company I just used. (My other card was also shut down by the company as a proactive move) Tudum was the supposed streaming service but the meager charge showed up as wherdan.com. How to avoid these minions of Satan? Don’t know but all of these should be referred to the attorney general. Just makes my blood boil!

Friend was trying to pay for parking on her phone, using the link posted in the parking lot. Her card was denied and then temporarily locked (her bank obviously had tudum.co flagged as fraudulent). I had her use my card on the same screen which was not the parking app at all, but a sneaky re-direct by tudum.co. So my card got charged $39.95 after the 5-day free "trial". Charge came through as ASLYSRE.COM 855-293-1017 FL, so I called that number. They cancelled the fake subscription and said my charge would be reversed. We'll see. I'll likely have to call my card's customer service to get that reversed, but I'm notifying them anyway so they can flag ASLYSRE.COM and Tudum.co.

Both Tudum.co & Diststal.com are 2 internet sites that are the same scam. You will inadvertently be redirected, when looking to sign up for a legitimate site, to sign up for their "supposed" streaming services. Neither company actually provide any services at all but will charge your credit card monthly (usually around $39.95/ month). I was trying to use a parking meter in Phila. and signed in for $1.95 which I thought was for the meter. It was not, and then I noticed a monthly recurring billing of $39.95 on my credit card and found out I was signed up with a company called Diststal.com for internet streaming service. I had my credit card company reimburse me and they had the service cancelled. This is a very sophisticated scam as there are websites for both companies. But if you look into either site you'll discover they don't do anything and you are not getting any service other than being billed monthly for nothing.
PLEASE BEWARE - THESE ARE SCAMS.

I received an email from tadum.co congratulating me as a ne2w member, with free access to their services for 5 days!

Then they list my account credentials with a username, password, invoice details and my bank account info (last 4 numbers)

they appear to have a LOT of information on me for a company I have no idea what they do or any service I ever subscribed to... Then they thank me for my purchases!

I called and they wanted to confirm all my info and my name which I didn't want to do & only wanted to get wjhat I had subscribed to through the username info and my email.

I truely distrust this mode of doing business and think it may be a scam phishing for info.

I was signing up for a parking website and not for any other thing

Was trying to log into my Spectrum account when I was hijacked into believing that I needed to log in to their site to gain access.

I was downloading a free app, Piano Partner 2 for my Roland digital piano. A new page/screen popped up and said click "continue" to download. I clicked it but the app I wanted did not download. Then I got an email saying thank you for setting up an account at Tudum. I have never heard of Tudum. I sent an email to cancel my account immediately. Then a few days later I was checking my bank account and saw a charge for $1.95 from a company called WAKEUPTHEMOUNT. I had no idea what that was and how someone got my banking information to authorize it! My banking info was saved on my computer! I will now change all my information. But, they should be investigated and held accountable.

Charges were ran up on my credit card and I have no idea who or what Tudum is. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charge. I thought there were laws against fraud. The is causing me so many problems on an acct I opened just for credit rebuilding. This alone has completely screwed my account up.

I began using my iphone to activate a streaming channel on ROKU. How I ended up with TUDUM never hit my brain. It is not a roku streaming channel. I have those guys my personal information, even my bank acct infol. I have to get my bank to block these guys because they don't answer the phone and no anwers emails. I want to cancel this and it can't be done directly. Have to go to a lot of trouble for making this mistake. .

I was trying to download the chrome browser to my Fire tablet. All that happened is Tudum downloaded. Now I can't get rid of it.

I installed the Roomba app and when I opened it, there was an option that said to click continue to register for a Roomba account. I did, and was offered a few different subscription options or to just continue with the free limited subscription. I said I just wanted to stick with the free one, and it asked for my personal information. The next step asked for my credit card information for the free subscription, while assuring me that I would not be charged and that it was in case I wanted to upgrade. As soon as I entered my information, I was taken to a website called tudum.co which has multiple games and other apps. As soon as I realized it wasn't the Roomba app, I cancelled my subscription. Then I checked my credit card app and saw that two charges had been made to my account by this website. I immediately contacted them and said that I hadn't authorized these payments and they said I had signed up for the gaming plan, which I hadn't. I said so and demanded a refund, which they claim they will issue in 3 to 5 business days. However, I don't believe them and am now going to have to put a freeze on my card while I get a new one.

Tudum.co is the worst. Went for the redbox email then tudum pops up.I don't even know wat it is, got charged for it and had to cancel it right away. Just a company full of scam artists. Who the hell made this [censored]?

+5

I noticed two charges from my checking account for $39.95 each from DEN-H.com. called the bank and they provided a 1800# which said that they are billing for streaming services. I advised that I did not sign up for anything nor did I authorize the charges. Rep said "tell me specifically what you would like me to do". Made me repeat it 3x. Told her to cancel whatever it was and refund the money back to my account and send a confirmation email that she did it. By some miracle I did receive the email showing the service was cancelled which was for something called Tudum.Co and the credit is currently pending in my account (one day turn around). We'll see if I get charged again.

I was starting an account with Amazon so I can purchase some thing on it.So I went to check my email the next thing I had a 5 day trial of this Tudum co.I didn't purchase anything from this company.
