Paid $1.39 for a test result. They then subscribed me without my concent.

I signed up for a 7 day trial for the cost of $1.35, which I was charged for on my credit card. I promptly cancelled my subscription (same day). I was later billed $65.51 by the same company for an upgraded subscription which I did not request. I contacted the company and was told that they have a zero refund policy.

I used the website to take an IQ test, and agreed to pay $.99 for a one-week subscription to see the results. They also charged me immediately for $48.01 that I did not order or agree to. They were willing to cancel the subscription, but stated they do not issue refunds. I am disputing this with PayPal, but wanted to report this company for scamming people in this way.

the opportunity to take an iq test for .99 popped up on my phone and it seemed like a low investment to try a fun game/test. Results were promised for .99. However, there was no way to obtain results; the screen froze and the two choices on the screen were to sign up for a weekly subscription (cancelable) or a yearly (cancelable). I figured I would click it and then when given the option to pay, I would decline. However, my card was charged immediately upon hitting the button. From what I have read, consumers have had to cancel their credit cards because this company will charge weekly, monthly, whatever they can once you sign up for their .99 free trial scam. I was immediately charged 48.00 plus the .99 and the company told me there was no getting out of this, this was their "agreement". I have filed with the FTC and will also follow up with a small claims on principle. This is a SCAM company. Stay away

I signed up for a $0.99 trial, and Cerebrum charged me for a $32 "add on" subscription that I neither wanted nor signed up for voluntarily. When asked about it, Cerebrum refused to refund the charge.

I've never heard of these scammers until noticed a charge on my card which is unequivocally unauthorized.

I've been scammed by this company for 2 months now. I cancelled my card last month and they took $9.97 again from my new card. I've never heard of this company prior to this. My bank gave me the number to woman named Denise in Texas. She claims they stole her trademark for a shoe shine business because her last name is Pullen, which is nellup spelled backwards. I'm not sure about her story, so beware.
