I saw this product multiple times on Instagram. I followed the link; which I know better but it peaked my interest. They advertised 3 bottles of gummies for $119.99. So I clicked to order. It automatically added it to my cart so, I went to check out. When I saw my cart, the amount was NOW $199.99 PLUS, they added 2 bottles of Detox and charged me an additional $60.00. So now, I’m not only over-charged for the product by $80 but, they added an additional $60 bringing my total to $259.99. I thought I’d have the opportunity to check my order but, wam! It charged my credit card. I immediately emailed them to tell them to CANCEL the order and they advised me they couldn’t do that but offered me an additional item. So I contacted my bank to stop payment. This company is a sham…DO NOT ORDER! On top of all this, I never received the order meanwhile, I have a disputed credit card bill. I received the order today. Will not open, sending items back.

Advertises on Facebook with spokesperson Oprah Winfrey as Keto Gummies to help with weight loss. The page advertises a free bottle to try at no cost to consumer. However, once you give them the address to mail the free bottle to, they require you give them a credit card for future. They take it upon themselves to charge your credit card for way more than you ordered. I was supposed to get a free bottle and they charged my credit card for $199.99 which would have been about 5 bottles. My credit card company declined their charge as I also declined the charge since that was not what I ordered. I then went to their Facebook page, Bio-Lyfe Keto Gummies, and read all the comments and see there is at least another dozen folks who were harmed in the same way, most of which were unable to get their money back. However, the ad says if you are not satisfied, you get a full refund. A company that charges for something you did not order, refuses to refund per their own ad, is most certainly a scam and should not be allowed to sell their product this way. Shame on Oprah or any other celebrity who acts as a spokesperson and shame on the company.

I attempted to biolyfe keto gummies, the site wouldn't show a total price and I thought that was strange but i continued to click next to go to the next step and see the total at some point. They never allow you to see the amount, I didn't know I was approving the charge when I got a message saying my card was declined. I was like wow, it was more than a 100 b/c that's all i had left on my credit card after paying for our daughters funeral last week. whoa. good deal I didn't get that b/c i can lose 30lbs another way. I thought nothing of it after that. This was Monday 9/19. Wednesday I get a text from some generic person and number saying hi, we see your order was not processed b/c your card was declined. please follow this link to update your payment options. I just deleted the text b/c i was no longer interested in the product. Today i get a notification from PayPal that i had a charge of 129.99. I checked my email and had an email from BioLyfe saying, thank you for your order! It will be shipped and gave me my address, etc. and the order. I was immediately furious. I called and spoke to Jai and told her to cancel it b/c I didn't order it. she said i had and i explained the initial order didn't even let me confirm the amount before declining the card. that should have been the end of that. they are saving people's credit card info and running it until it goes through. That is not okay. My credit card info should not have been saved from their site for a week and then ran until the charge could go through without my knowledge. This is a scam. I feel like if they are saving cc info that is input on their site even after it has been denied that my info could be stolen and compromised in other ways. please look into this. i know i cant be the only one that has had this issue. I've never had this happen before. They did have their supervisor authorize the refund but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I ordered online compression socks. It said only pay for $6.95. I have had nothing but problems with this company. They don't tell you upfront on their site or the ad that you will be enrolled in a membership at $24.97 monthly. After you put in information, such as name and address, their is a green button to click on the says, "Yes, send my socks" and it goes to payment page. They do have that information stating they are enrolling you into a plan, where you would look. You have not click on green button and scroll all the way down on website, so basically you search for it after you're scammed, on the bottom of their page. Then you'll see it. After a 15 day "trial" , which no one is aware of, they then start the billing. I never received any email letting me know this charge was coming. And therefore no chance to cancel a service I never wanted to begin with. This is their trick, I call it a scam. They keep charging you and won't refund your money. Even though their website says you can cancel at any time. Please let people know about this sneaky business. If you check them on ScamPulse.com reviews on thus company every complaint basically says the same thing and there is a lot.

Ordered keto blast sent lg quantities costing 257.77. Tried to find a place to send items back. Packaged and sent to a address given in Las Vegas. It was returned saying insufficient address. I rechecked with number I had gave same address????? I am losing patience at difficulty getting accurate info to return product and get refund!! I will never use this product again. Can you help me get my money back?? What a scam for buyers

My American Express was charged 19 times since August 16,2022 till now August 30th 2022. By a company under the name of ELENO PETS GLORY…..Charges consisted of $24.90. Filed a report to American Express. Please check your bank statements. Most likely card number was stolen at a gas station since I use it 90% of the time.

How I found out about this charge was via email confirmation from the company stating that my order has been confirmed and that the packages were on the way. I had not heard of this company before this email and looked at my bank statement to find they had charged almost $200 to my account, which I didn't authorize.

I of course disputed the charge with my bank and told them the situation. I also called this company's "customer service" phone number and spoke to an individual. After telling them that I didn't authorize this purchase the person stated "We assume all purchases are customer approved and we wouldn't be refunding the purchase." I then specifically told that person, "I [my name], did not make and approve of this purchase and that you will be canceling my order and refunding the amount charged." They then attempted to offer me a coupon instead to which I laughed and told them I will be reporting this company.

This company is completely a scam and felt that every question they asked on their "customer service" line was an attempt to collect more information from me. I hope this report helps someone and leads to the end of this fraudulent company.

About a month ago I was (foolishly) browsing the web for weight loss supplements. I came across the keto start brand and read an article that was shared on Facebook about their product. I then followed a link and without thinking, put in my card info. BUT I did NOT authorize any transaction or go through with the order at all. I closed the browsers and figured that was the end of it. Then, on 8/3/22, I get an email confirmation of an order as if I had just placed an order that day along with a charge for $119.99. THIS WAS NOT OKAY. I got on the phone with my bank, cancelled my debit card, and immediately called the keto start brand. After refusing three different discount offers, the guy finally said that they can't refund me because the transaction was already pending, but I would have to send the product back with specific written instructions on the package in order to actually get my money back. I did just that and it wasn't until I called again to complain, that they actually pushed the refund through except for $20 that they claimed was for repackaging purposes (biggest eye roll ever). I said screw it! At least I got my $100 back (or so I hope...she said it would take 2-3 business days). Anyways.....avoid this brand completely. I have a feeling the go by different names as well. And honestly people, putting your body into ketosis isn't healthy isn't anyways. If ya want a nice supplement to help you shed a few pounds, look to Alli. It's FDA approved, works, and they won't rob you blind.
