24 hours later on 5/25, I received an email that 5 bottles of CHOICE CBD GUMMIES had just been shipped When looking at USPS
website it confirmed they had only been notified a shipping label had been created and they were awaiting a package. Besides sending an email the evening of 5/24 to customer service restating our earlier conversation and my request to cancel the order, no reply had yet to be received by mid 5/25 afternoon. Since they falsely told me it had already shipped on 5/24, I re-contacted the customer service number to cancel the order since the fulfillment center had not delivered an order to USPS yet. Was told they had. I repeated that I did not want the order and wanted to return it under their 100% satisfaction policy. They tried to offer increasing amounts of discounts for further shipments for my inconvenience at least four times despite my telling them I did not want any of their products They placed me on hold to get information on returning the items they said had shipped. I was given a PO Box number in Tampa with a zip code along with an RMA number to write on the outside of the box. When I pressed for a company name for the return shipment, they finally told me to address it to the product name. They didn't even ask me to place my name and address inside the box. When I asked for a prepaid shipment label they stated I had to pay shipping (on the order I didn't place). I asked for all of the information given to me in our conversation to be emailed to me, and that would stay on the phone until I received it. I was told they (Customer Service) could only request that the email he sent by another party, and that I should look for an email in 48 hours. The agent named Aya also told me my refund would only start to be processed 3 weeks after receiving my return.
I am disputing the charge with my bank because I don't trust I would ever receive a refund and will not accept their processing delays. I also fear they will continue to send products and continue billing for them as others have reported, so I will also ask my bank for a new credit card number if they cannot block further charges.
I could tell that both of my calls to Customer Service were to homes because of background family noise.)
