I ordered a large selection of tea from the company's website. My order was confirmed and my credit card charged. The website offered 1-3 days free express shipping. I placed the order on May 30, 2023. My card was charged for the full amount of the order on May 31, 2023. Over the next 3 weeks I sent 3 emails to the help address listed on the website and received no response. I sent a chat message from the website and received no response. I have tried to call the phone number a number of times and it rings once and says "we are unavailable" and immediately hangs up. I still have not received my order and no updated email regarding the order. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

Placed an online order for a keyboard and accessories. After a couple weeks without a shipping notice I contacted the company. I received a follow up that they would be “checking with their logistics partner”.

1 week later still no response. 3 more emails, every two days, following that requesting a refund but without response.

Ordered a personalized camera strap. Was told address was invalid (although I have received merchandise from both Amazon and B & H Photo) to the very same address supplied. When confronted with that information, was told items were out of stock. Have ever received refunds nor my original merchandise.

I needed tailored business shirts. I found the website using DuckDuckGo. It was an elaborate site with many fabric and style options. I specified fabric, style, and measurements and placed an order using MasterCard. I received an email confirmation. The shirts never arrived. I submitted an email query and got an email apology citing a supplier problem. I was actually offered a free shirt for consolation! The shirts never arrived. Another email query went unanswered. The customer service line at the website is not in service. My credit card was debited on the date of my order, 04/01/2023, but there has been no subsequent suspicious activity.

I did a Google search for a specific music book for a grandchild. After Amazons name came up, so did this bogus website. It catered to performing arts for children with music books, dance books, jewelry and books about art. They list their address as

Wyoming, but no such address exist. I never received a confirmation email. Turns out the whole site is fraud. I do not wish anyone else to fall into this trap. It is a very well done website.

Its website with fake inventory. I ordered waited like 7 days nothing shipped, contacted and was told it would take 15 days to return money. its a paypal transaction. all you have to do is log in and cancel the transaction. Holding money hostage for 25 days.

Paid for the product and received a fake tracking number that only works in their system that actually pulls up a fake page with no tracking information, phone number doesnt work and emails are not replied to, no way to contact or verify.

Selling sweatshirts with custom designs with unlimited revisions. They did not make requested revisions except one. Claimed I wasn't communicating when I have proof of 20 emails sent and responded to over a 1-2 week period. Refused to make requested revisions (just 1) and claimed I was not responding to emails despite my proof of their own responses. Once I complained in an online review, they refused to communicate any further. No item was received. ScamPulse.com cannot pursue because the mailing address is apparently not a true physical address? and appears to be the address of other scammers.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings for my wife. I received an email stating that the order was placed. I had to change the size and was never responded to. After further investigation with reviews of the website, many other people had never received their product or heard back. Others have also put in a scam through the BBB. It has been 7 days since I have placed the order and I paid for 2 day shipping. Nothing has shipped.

There this seller "Diego Ramirez Zeather Inc" popped up to whom I left a message saying that I am interested in this product, then I was told to share my email and whatsapp so when I sent my email ********************************* and WhatsApp number *************  then the first email I received on my email was from them.

However, when they received the payment, I was blocked on WhatsApp and even one of my hundreds of emails has not been answered yet. And they are still online, the answer is yes. We are talking about the same person, no other possibility, same tactic, same mail, can we do something? Should we seek our rights?

Hi, I place an order with this business after they confirmed that they had the units in stock. I ordered 50 Units of particular item. They

asked for a payment of 580.00 i sent them the payment on 04/11/2023. They asked me to wait until next week so that they can ship

the products. I reached out to them and they said that they cant send my inventory because i didn't order the MOQ. I told them that i

paid what was invoiced and the invoice was for only 580.00 I asked for a refund and they advised they cant refund me the funds and

that i need to meet the MOQ. When i told them that if there was MOQ then the invoice should reflect it. But the invoice doesn't reflect

it. They started to ignore my emails.

Scam business that does not ship products. Was told by Sara that "Thanks for reaching out. Your order has been pulled out from the warehouse and getting ready for the shipment. Regards Sara" Then when I still have no delivery or tracking number for 2-weeks and asked I was told "I apologize for the delay. We have processed your shipment and it is currently in our shipping department being processed for shipment. We will update the tracking information and will send you confirmation, once it's been scanned by the carrier. Regards, Sara" Two weeks later and still not tracking number and the same canned response.

Checked https://www.trustpilot.com/review/groindoor.com and the GroIndoor facebook page and found 100's of reports and negative reviews of people making purchases and products never shipping. Then I checked their address and found it to be a "registered agent" with the Wyoming Attorney General and Wyoming Secretary of State's Offices having received dozens of complaints a week regarding scams from this address and it has even made the press at https://www.thesheridanpress.com/news/local/another-scam-recorded-from-business-...⇄ />
I have already filed a complaint with the FTC

I paid $580 to Cloud foundation for workday adaptive planning training on Mar 4 2023. They said training session start next week on day of payment. Since then, I have been contacting them daily for an update. There is no information on when training starts. Every time they are saying in a day or so, but that keeps going. I requested for a refund, they are not ready to give me refund. Like they say we will refund if class doesn't start tomorrow, and next day they come up with another excuse. I haven't got my money back nor a training.

I ordered merchandise from web site pd 123.59 using pay pal . was told would be delivered on 03/06/2023 never showed up Tried to contact seller was told that i needed to send another 100.00 for HazMat shipping . I had already pd for shipping , before this was just another way to scam me out of another 100.00. The seller hunge up on me .

Basically Google gave me a shopping recommendation for a drone controller and I clicked it the website looked legit I used Google pay to pay for it off my cash app card and I still have the receipt I've never received the controller nor my money back
