I was on a French website called www.le-destockeur.net to order a Bose speaker but, in fact behind this website was gymada.com. I read the comment for the French website, the policy, the shipping address, everything was ok. But, 2 days after I paid I checked my bank statement and the payment was in USA + extra charge. 5 days after another payment. I contacted the support and they told me that they have a problem with their online bank which was wrong. They told me that they will refund me. They charged me again and I contacted my Bank. They did a chargeback but the website behind the fake website contested my chargeback. They used the fact that they have my shipping address. I proved to my Bank that they used the address mentioned on the French website to say that I ordered on their website. Why do I order a product in US as I have fitness website in France where I will not pay extra for shipping and fees. I sent all the proof to my Bank and the conversation between me and the fake support. They mentioned that they will refund me and they did not hesitate to reply on all the information I described. they are 100% wrong. Even if they complained about my chargeback they will lose again as I provided all the info. The French website is not inexistent and now gymada.com will be considered a a scammer which is true and real. Please help me

Full website in place to custom order portraits, payment system by CC in place with confirmation system. Product never received and communication never received when trying to reach the company.

Identifies as a Sams club sponsor selling many different items at wholesale prices. Many different sponsor names are being used. Did not provide email with order confirmation, took the $, responded to email when asked where order was. Wanted order #, which I never got. Never received the package.

Saw womens clothing on Instagram site called Tluly. Went on my computer, looked up the website and placed an order. They claimed to be out of the US, but all communication has been obviously NOT from the US (my guess is China). They claimed to have shipped my order, but the USPS tracking they gave me clearly says the item was not shipped, only labled. I ordered on December 3 and have written them multiple times that I have NOT received the order and the tracking proves it has not shipped. I've asked for my money back repeatedly and they simply respond "be patient". It's a scam. It's definately NOT a U.S. company shipping within the U.S. as they claim. This is also the other email address that sends message from "Tluly":

I ordered from them a month ago and still haven’t received an order. I contacted them and they only response I got was here is 25% off for your next order… I have been begging for a refund or my package and no response on email or any social media! I’m currently in a group with other women who this is happening to as well!

Customer service either will not reply to emails or takes extended amount of time to reply to emails. When orginal order was placed through Fitdog Nations website, there was never a confirmation email sent. I had to send an email asking for one, then asking again. Fitdog nation claimed to have the product to me between January 4th-9th (6-8 weeks post order). On the day product was supposed to be delivered, Fitdog nation send an email stating that they were not going to meet that deadline. I asked for an updated estimate on when product would be delivered an i have not heard back anything from this company. They do not answer the phone number listed on the website, they do not have any address stating where they are located at either. Currently working with my bank to get my money back as i know Fitdog Nation isn't going to get me reimbursed, as they can't reply to simple emails without me resending the email multiple times.

Additionally, they charged an extra 19.99 for some fine print VIP club I supposedly agreed to.

So angry o feel completely ripped off!

An order was placed on this website for a college football jersey on December 13, 2022. After several days, the tracking information sent in an email showed FedEx information, saying the label had been created. On the website, it says twice that they ship using USPS. We have attempted to contact them via email and by phone (which is a fake Google number) with no response. It's been 3 weeks and we have not received the jersey and the tracking information still just says label created. We paid using AfterPay and have filed a dispute with them.

No tracking number received for the order that was placed. They ensure the product would be delivered and a tracking number would be provided within 24 hours. There was no tracking number provided, and the order was placed well over 1 month ago. Contact from the organization all comes from a single individual, who in an email ensured the company was not a scam.

I purchased a sweat suit from them. Have been emailing them over and over again with no response. After I made the purchase, on their Facebook started popping up comments that it was a scam because they never send you what you ordered and won't return any emails.

My Hero Cards assured order would be here in time for Christmas if ordered by specific date. Other than a confirmation email, there has been no other contact. They have not responded to emails, and none of their contact phone numbers work. I have reached out on their social media accounts as well and there is no response.

I went on the website to purchase items for my incarcerated son on Dec 5th and 6th for a 1-2 week delivery. I have reached out via email at least 5 times to find out when the delivery would take place no return phone call. as of today, nothing delivered. The Detention Center finally informed me that they do not have a contract with this site and I must purchase through their website. Meanwhile monies have been deducted from my bank account on the date of purchase and still no delivery or any way to track the packages.

My mother found this company on a Facebook ad. She ordered personalized Christmas gifts two months ago from the site and never received them. When she recently contacted the website they’d stated the gifts had been delivered but couldn’t provide any details. My mom confirmed with postal services that they never received it. Now the company isn’t answering her. It appears that multiple scam sites are linked to that address.

I ordered two card games for my daughter in-law's birthday. My credit card was charged, but the items never processed, let alone shipped.

The only way to get a hold of anyone is by e-mail. I e-mailed them regarding my order and received back a response that everything should be delivered by Christmas. This was a very noticeable "canned" response sent back to me.

Their website offers no phone numbers, addresses or contact information other than "Support".

Purchased two items on 11/23/22. Never rec’d items, emailed the website on 12/9 and guy named Mohamed Jaaiden returned email stating purchase is being processed. Emailed again on the 19th asking for a refund and said the item is being processed and that he cannot do that. Responded to that email and haven’t heard back

I found a sale on TikTok for a beanbag chair that I ordered it on November 26th. I never recieved the product. I emailed and never heard back. When I call it goes straight to hold music - then to voicemail and no one calls me back. I called on the weekend and again today, numerous times. I left another message on the contact page as well. Am I to report this to anyone else? Thanks, ***** *****
