daily phone soliciting

I regularly receive calls, from "United Services" usually a live operator is on the line after I have to hear a moment of silence and a "beep" from someone's machine. I have systematically denied any interest in their calls or "offers", which usually start with questions about "my debt" right away... After I have clearly stated "Not interested" or "No, Do not call this number" the caller gets aggressive, argumentative, and clearly upset. I am aware that those are scammers, I just wish I have a way to stop their harassment! My caller ID is showing me "Private call" when they call. My return call service is telling me that there is no information about the number that had called. What worries me is that sometimes they have addressed me, or my spouse by name. Is there any remedy that I could find? I would like to keep my landline, but recently all the calls I receive seem to be from "my friends from United Services" People, they are SCAMMERS.

They just won't stop calling

Every time they call they say that I owe $10,000 on my credit card I don't have any credit cards by the way and that they want to know if I'm up to date on my payments at that time I let them know to take me off their list I don't have any credit cards and to stop trying to scamming me they always hang up on me I've had them swear at me as well I have had them tell me they're going to report me and every time they call I block the number I've tried calling the numbers before and when you try calling the numbers back it says that the number is disconnected or no longer in service but they keep calling back with different phone numbers I'm really sick of it.

Same. I am so sick of it. I told them I wasn't interested, and asked them (again) to take me off the call list...I hung up and they literally called me RIGHT back from a different phone number. The guy even said the same name and said "I was just talking to you..." What in the world?! How do we get them to stop?

Offered a installment loan at a good rate but have me give them my checking and credit card numbers. Had me open a account with smartfree.com that cost me 40.00. Also I got loan papers emailed to me from advance America for a loan from 2 different area codes and when I looked them up on line and called they where cons.

A woman named Kimberly Stewart from a "United services" called me at work today and left me a message saying she was with UNITED SERVICE, and that there was a 2 part felony company on me for a check into cash case. I told her that my credit union took care of that years ago and closed my acct to avoid fees. This thing happened over 6 years ago, I've never received anything stating I still owe this or that I may be charged with anything. I call the lady back and she tells me two felony warrants will be issued the next day for me at noon. She said the police and a service man will be coming to my house to detain me. She gave me a phone number for their attorney and said to call because there might be some arrangements I can make with them. I called them and they told me I was out of luck. No way to fix this, and to hire a defense attorney. Per the fair credit act, I know that no collection agency's can threaten me with criminal charges. Something need to be done.
