I was contacted on messenger by someone I thought was a friend. "She" told me she had received a large sum of money from an agent of the URGC and that my name was also on the list. I was to text the number she gave me to find out if I was still on the "list". I was skeptical but did so. After I'd given this person some of my information, I decided that this was too good to be true and just cut the text off. I received several more texts from him again this morning and he was showing some aggression. I did not respond to any of these messages. I have to add that my "friend" kept me on messenger while I was texting this agent, with responses of "you don't trust me again". The "again" really made me suspicious as my real friend and I had never had this issue. This agent did not request payment but said I was to go to Wal Mart and purchase $600.00 in gift cards for them to "unlock" the safety box the money was being held in.
