Email received 11/27/24 with title "BOI Deadline strict for 2025" and at the bottom was a click link to an application to file. They wanted a fee. The 'agreement' was suspect. I looked up the title of the sender 'Complete BOI Report' and it is a scam. Phone number of sender was given as (877) 869-0888.

The BOI report is required by the federal government agency FINcen.gov but the purported service from the link seeks to offer "support" for applicants - for a fee. The real BOI application can easily be reported online for free.
