Representative was totally misleading about what I was gonna get what a great opportunity it was how much was out there and how much people got in what was given was garbage there was never anything free or one and what was what I paid for was a bunch of free information that I could get for free and was nothing What I explained to the representative what I needed I didn’t need a loan. Most of this was for loans most of this is 1 million people blowing up your phone and they want you to take a survey and it never ends. It never ends oh take the survey and you win $100. No, you never win you never Win You get a bunch of emails from random bull[censored] places but you never win you pay for something and you get nothing the representative was rushing me and I told him what I wanted he said OK cool yeah this will help you out totally misleading. They keep charging my card even though I’ve canceled this is Very troublesome for me. I have overdrawn my account on this and this information that they’re trying to sell is free and is garbage it’s a scam. I’m trying to get my money back.

The site claimed to be a government grant site, and asked me to apply for a grant. Later in the application I was promoted to subscribe and that I will be charged in I find a grant and applied for it. I didn't find any grant to apply and they have charged me twice.Then I found out that they are not legitimate.

This company convinced me that they could help me find scholarships for my daughter with a ONE (1) time fee. They never helped or sent any information but hung up in my face and continue to charge my credit card. I have disputed these charges. Don't fall for it!

They will take your money and you can't get it back! Then others have stated they will continue to charge you each month. Heed the warning...look for other LEGAL help! I'm not done fighting these scammers!

I looked into this for debt consolidation. I should've checked to see if it was a scam. They charged $34.95, to my card. I went to the website and canceled my charge. According to them, my card won't be charged ...we'll see. No mention that the money will be returned

USFUND.ORG IS A CREDIT CARD SCAM ... Once you sign up for their grant listing membership at $29.95 per month, they offer an additional monthly service for $34.95 ...
I applied for a personal grant. I never heard back from the grant I applied for no rejection letter/email. I can't login in to USFUND because they deactivated my account so I can't check the personal grant I applied for to check the status. When I called USFUND to get a my guaranteed refund $29.95 they told me it was past the 30 days when I explained I did not get the personal grant I applied for they wanted a rejection letter. I never got a rejection letter and never hear back from anyone from the personal grant I applied for. The representative I talked to was very rude and refused the money back guaranteed when I did not receive the personal grant. He told me I owed them money for the renewal and then told me he was ending the conversation. I wrote an email to USFUND explaining the situation be I was very up set when not receiving the personal grant I applied for and not getting my "guaranteed" refund of $29.95. How can I send a copy of a rejection letter when I never receive one.

They took my information in the name of they will get me school grant and for a whole year they have been taking $29.95 every month, am a student paying out of pocket I struggle to pay for my school and my bills and take care of my child and rent and this usfund.org all they have been doing is take money from my account with no service rendered and are so rude when asking them to refund my money, why should someone take someone else’s money who is actually in need and they don’t even help them with their need but continuously take money promising to get them a grants?

I didn't get the money for my school and want a refund since my guardian is mad at me for this. Also, I didn't get a rejection letter for the application. So what other options that I need to do to get my money back?

I don't remember buying anything from them, so what is going on? I tried getting something from Amazon by paying through Zip. I thought this was them that took the money but it would have said Zip! Other than that, I have no idea what's going on and how I ended up dealing with this bs.

I noticed 34.95 taking out of my account since Dec. 2022 and when I called this company they mentioned another person associated to the account using my credit card. This person I do not know so right there that is fraudulent. They actual told me I have to take it up with this person! Like what? That is the craziest nonsense I have ever heard! I will fight this with my Credit Union! Beware of this company! They are definitely fraudulent! Unprofessional and out to steal your money! They probably are not even a real company! Sounds like a ponsy scam!

I was about to contact USA[censored] to get help on a grant that i submitted. It went to the process for submitting said grant, but in order to actually submit my request for funds it wants to charge me $26.95. I backed out. Im going to call them, expecting the same as all the victims here. I'll report back. (Cindy)

After 10 minutes (+/-) I was led to their voice mail. My name, my number, my email address.
Next step, contact my bank, report full discovery and stop any additional charges from this group.
Step 2 (EVERYONE SHOULD DO THE SAME) File a legitimate complaint with the Better Business Borough!

I signed up for their trial. There's only supposed to cost a dollar and there was no subscription no reoccurring charges supposedly it was the one-time payment of a dollar for their trial and I've been charged twice more since then one at 24. 99 and one at 29.99. And there's no way to cancel this apparent subscription even though it wasn't supposed to be not that I found anyways they're just a straight scam a rip off nobody should ever sign up for this
