1 pair was the right color but 2 sizes to big. 1 pair was the right size but the wrong color. 2 pair were the right color and the right size but so damaged from the way they where packed that I couldn't even get my toes into them let alone my foot. The final pair was the wrong shoe style (name) and also so damaged like the other 2.
I finally got an email back from Customer Service and was told they were sorry that I received the wrong items, no mention of the damaged items. They said because they are an overseas shipment I would have to pay more to ship them back, they then advised me to keep the items. They then offered to give me 10% of my original purchase price which was $156.50, so I would only get $15.65 in return and of course I get to keep 3 pair of damaged unusable shoes, plus 1 pair that is way to big and then 1 pair that I could use.
I think if you pay for 5 pairs of shoes you should be able to use all of them instead of only 1 out of 5.
I have tried to get an address or phone number with no luck, all I have is the address on the package. FBM shipping dept.

I thing a company like this should be very heavily fined and closed down. I had to work my part-time job 12.5 hours just to pay for more comfortable shoes that I didn't even receive. Is there anything that I can do to get any or all of my lost money. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I have downloaded the pictures of the damaged items.
