This person went with the name of Dave Miller. He claimed he had a minature Boston Terrior. I paid 1065.00 through cash app for the Boston terrior. He said I would receive her no later than Wednesday before 7pm. He informed me I would have shipping information as to when the dog would be here. I have paid the money and I can't get a hold of him and he is not answering texts. I feel I was scammed. How can I get my money back. I did request a refund through cash app. I doubt that will work..

My family and I wanted to purchase a puppy. I discovered VIP Puppies.com and found some adorable Shih Tzu dogs for a great price. The owner of the dogs was very polite, saying that the dogs were registered and vet checked and had all their papers. They even sent additional photos. When we searched further, we discovered that these people were scammers and that the puppies weren't real.
