Visa refuses to refund our money. They sent us wipes that were never ordered, we ordered vitamins on a trial for 9.99, they wound up charging and sending 6 packages of wipes and other things we never even opened the boxes and sent them back. 23.00 for postage and a signed receipt. Visa Capital one continues to charge us late fees as well as interest. When you call Vital Health shop they told us numerous times they never charged our card... so we should have to pay for a miscommunication between Visa and Vital health shop? A huge scam... do not order anything from them.

The exact same thing happened to me, scammed out of $149.91. I didn't notice that deduction from my account at first, but upon checking discovered the rip-off. This is not the first time I've been cheated online but am honestly thinking about not purchasing anything more online.

I saw an ad online about a product named KetoFast 700MG. I thought I would try the product at my own risk, so when checking out and had entered my credit card information, I noticed the price was no longer stating buy 2 bottles at $47.00 and get 1 free. I was about to be charged $149.91 for the 3 bottles. I canceled the order and never completed the purchase, only to get an alert that my credit card had been charged. When I called to dispute the order and cancel the charge. I was connected to someone offshore that hung on me twice, and asked me to hold on the 3rd time while they look for my order needless to say I was hung up on again and still today can’t get a refund.
