I also am having issues with this company. I ordered their anti dog bark controller. Paula had the same excuse for me about their system. Must be an excuse she always uses. I live one state over from where they mail it from and it’s 35 days since I purchased this and just now it has been sent out. I have been sending emails for 20 plus days now, same excuse, she can never cancel it and no tracking number til today. Ordered May 2nd today is June 7th. Worst customer service ever! Paula needs a new job!

I purchased a Waggy Pup dog flea and tick collar for $27.99. It was supposed to be organic without chemicals for your pet. I never received any information containing an account number or shipping information. I believe they are mimicking the TradeMark, Waggie Collar and they created their website to look like Waggie Collar. When I asked "Paula", the contact person, she said their computer server was not functioning right so she could not provide me that information, but my collar had been shipped and I should receive it shortly. I have not received anything in the mail. I inquired 3 times and was told the same thing, so I had to cancel my debit card so that they could not pull any more money. This is a huge scam! Make sure to order from Waggie only!

Paula is using the same excuse about their system. I am attempting to get my money back. The company has a “waggy guarantee” 30 satisfaction guarantee, but do not return product to same address as sent the instructions state, so Paula has to give us return address... I bet she will do everything to ignore us or deny the refund. Any way their guarantee says risk free 30 days to try and if not 100% satisfied with the product they will give a refund. I am only saying in my email that I am unsatisfied and that is all. She knows why but to cover everything I am saying 100% unsatisfied and want my money back... good luck!
