Wise Omni and all "companies" run by Steve Perez are a scam

This company is a scam, and Abel ("Steve") Perez who is the scammer behind it is a total fraudster along with his sidekick, Christopher Johnson. There is no company, just Perez, with Johnson doing his dirty work. The photos on the website at wiseomni.com are all phony, just like Perez's whole world.

I am one of MANY people (professionals and customers) who Perez, while operating under various corporate names, has victimized by taking advantage of the goods/services that he has tricked us into giving him before receiving payment from him, and then he threatens to sue us when we actually wanted to get paid!

This "press release" created by him is a joke since all of the "powerhouse estate sales brands" that he lists are names of the other fake "companies" of his that he pretends exists:

There is no company, just Perez, with Johnson doing his dirty work. I am one of Perez's MANY former attorneys who, while operating under various corporate names, he failed to pay and then threatened to sue/report for disciplinary action when we actually wanted to get paid for our legal work.

This is a total fraud company. I had worked as a content writer for their website estatehub.com and cityhall365.com. I would get $459 from them. But they hadn't given me a single dollar. Instead, they were threatening me also through lawsuits. I challenged them that I am a student of law and I know that wiseomni is the criminal, after hearing from me they had closed their e-mail and skype communications and ran away. May God give them the highest punishment for their fraud. I am adding a file where screenshots of our conversations and prove of my work had been recorded.

Paid to be a referral agent in March 2021. Never heard back so I reached out after a month, they said they would have my ads up and running so I could receive referrals. Another 3 weeks pass by and nothing so I contact them to ask for a refund, they lied about giving me a refund so I contacted the manager I spoke to. He never got back to me until I told him I would go to BBB. He then proceeded to leave me a bad review and threatened to sue because I breached my contract which makes no sense because they didn't even provide me with anything! They literally took my money and did nothing. I went to their website and contacted the agent that they have up who supposedly gets referrals from them only to find out he hasn't gotten anything, it actually sounded like he was a friend of theirs and told me they were a start up company. Then about a month after all this I get an email saying they are following up on my request for a refund. I told them I hadn't received one yet and would like it ASAP....still nothing and it's been about another 3-4 weeks. You can't really find much info on them and they don't really have adequate contact info. Total scam!
