I was selling a car on offer up website. The person asked me for my number to text. they text me and asked for a vehicle report and a website. I did look at the website and they wanted 25.00 for report. I just feel the whole thing was just set up to get money from me. I did not pay any money but did put the vehicle vin # in and my name with phone number and I am getting text now for discount on the fees. I tried to look on the web for possible business info and couldn't find any. the number that texts me is 646-887-2850 for discount fees.
