WyoLaw LLC Reports & Reviews (3)

I paid WyoLaw LLC - previously Summit Law Firm - ~$25,000 over the course of four years. I made all monthly payments up to and including the contractual end date - upon which they told me they needed more money to settle my debts. Despite paying them $25,000, they only managed to pay off two of my debts for a total of ~$12,000. I terminated my service with them after they broke our contract and tried to get more money from me.

This company said they would take my monthly payments and build up a reserve over time. They explained how my credit score would take a hit but over time as they negotiated with the creditors, they would be able to offer settlements as my account grew. I was sold on a three year plan to negotiate with the 4 credit card companies I enrolled to get help with. Well after 3 years and over $14,700 in payments they have only paid off two of the cards for a negotiated price of around $7000 as they pocketed more than half for themselves. One account was just ignored and was sent off to a collection agency. One account is in litigation and they never notified me that a lawyer was assigned to the case in NY over a year and a half ago. When I requested to be notified of this information, I was ignored. I tried in vain to get answers, only to be ignored. I had to track down the lawyer on my own using the docket number( from the notice that i was being sued in court)from a lawyer my wife works with. They are in breach of their contract as they have never sent me any correspondence they supposedly have had with my creditors. They are complete scammers just taking your money and then avoiding any correspondence with you until you fire them. All the while leaving you with huge defaults in your credit for never reconciling with the creditors on your behalf. But I actually don't know because I've never seen one piece of paper or file of any correspondence they have actually made. The two cards that have been paid off completely were for half of what I owed but they essentially got the balance adjusted higher with penalties and then got it reduced to then just take the difference for themselves.I will be seeking a lawyer to sue them for breach of contract and false advertising. total [censored] criminals

They are scamming a lot of people it started with credit card consolidation with Derrick in NY then it ended up with a company called summit solutions, then it ended up with Global Client solutions LLC, then finally now it is WYOLAW so just want everyone to know be careful they have taken so much money from so many people I see it in the ScamPulse.com, and they are really getting away with it. GOD IS BIGGER.
