When they started asking me for my personal information I ran an internet search for any scams related to this “offer”. Your report is exactly the same as what I’m experiencing. So while chatting with the guy I asked him for his Employer Tax ID and I’m still waiting for a response. I can run it through the IRS website to make sure it’s legit.
I was contacted today and your review saved me

I also received the same “offer” and was sent a check for $3,000. I told Brenden I wanted to wait for the check to be cleared before proceeding forward with the opportunity. Did you run his employer tax ID number through the IRS website?

On December 28th, 2023 I was contacted by a (SHARI TANZER) for a Full-Time Remote position (Data Entry/Administrative) for YANCOAL Australia's new home-base location coming in 2024 to Centerville Georgia. Ms Shari Tanzer stated that she received my resume from GA Worksource and proceeded to refer me to the lead HR representative (BRENDEN MANNIX) for my interview.

After receiving and accepting my Offer Letter, completing the hiring process (W-4, I9, Direct Deposit form, Contract signing, Assessment test, and signing the Yancoal company contract to begin immediate training, I was issued an emailed check for $4890.44 from Mr. Brenden in order to "secure software and computer equipment" through one of Yancoal's "selective vendors", in order to begin my Remote position. On January 8th, 2024, I was notified by my bank that the issued and deposited check was FRAUDULENT. Causing my bank account to be overdrawn by over $4000.00!!

Furthermore, I was told that my training would begin immediately (January 3rd, 2024). I have lost out on UNPAID training hours (nearly 40hrs @ $20/hr), from my 8:00am daily clock-ins with Mr. Brenden. Whom often left me waiting in Microsoft Teams for many hours for his direction.

Prior to accepting this Yancoal position, my research found this company to be very professional, well-established and their employees seem to love their work environments. However, for any business representative, or individual person, to create such elaborate hiring scams to "get over on" those of us desperately and sincerely looking for quality work/pay and a better future, in this HORRIBLE economy, is DEPLORABLE and should be punishable as a Federal Crime!

After several attempts to notify both HR representatives (SHARI & BRENDEN) via phone, texts and Microsoft Teams, including sent emails to lead Yancoal corporate officials, I have NOT received any resolve nor response to these matters. As a single mother, accepting this position and starting immediately, was needed to help save our house and much more!
