Hello, I ordered 6 bracelets total from this jewelry company. My first transaction I made order of 3 bracelets. One of the bracelets is white gold mother pearl. I have sent back to them because I didn’t like how it was made. The company promised they will sent me a new one. During the time they had huge sale for Black Friday. I decided to purchase 3 more bracelets. And have them send my replacement bracelet from my first order to be sent in my second order package. I received the package on December 10. For my second order they messed up on all 3 bracelets of the way I ask them to make. And also they sent me my replacement bracelet from my first order wrong color. I have contacted them for refund on all the mistake bracelets they did. They decided to not answer my messages. And phone number says no longer in service. I made payment through Venmo.
