In light of the recent complaint lodged by HR recruiter Jennifer Sanchez, who joined our organization as a commission-only employee, it is imperative to clarify the context of her employment.
Having invested numerous years in this company, I can personally vouch for its integrity and the collaborative spirit that defines our team.
We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment, and addressing any misunderstandings regarding Ms. Sanchez’s role and performance is crucial.

From the outset, Ms. Sanchez was fully aware that her position was commission-based, as outlined in the job advertisement she responded to. Our team made concerted efforts to align her skills with various departmental opportunities, seeking to provide her with the best chance for success. However, despite these initiatives, she faced challenges in meeting the performance expectations set forth for her role, which ultimately impacted her experience with the company.

In an unfortunate turn of events, Ms. Sanchez began to demand payment for work that had not been completed.
When the company attempted to engage in a constructive dialogue to resolve the issue, she escalated the situation by threatening to publicly tarnish the company's reputation if her demands were not met.
This behavior not only undermines the values we uphold but also raises concerns about the professional conduct expected of our team members.
We remain committed to transparency and integrity in all our dealings and will continue to uphold these principles.

I've ONLY had my number for two years. I looked up what that HR person was writing and it is completely false. That person has NO COMPLAINT with the securities and exchange commission; the entire statement is a lie anyone with a google can verify that. What a horrible thing to do to something. Additionally, I looked up what really IS there and its something related to a registration penalty for not registering a business. Like any ticket if it goes unanswered for too long it goes to bench warrant; and that one went to the wrong address and because of it JUST being a registration thing; there was no court hearing or proceeding of any kind. It was a simple for information. Like any unaswered ticket they always list the worst case scenario of what will happen if you don't answer and in that case it was "if you don't prove who you are we'll assume the worst" once the person did they quickly (overnight) withdrew the "what would have wound up being a charge if it was never answered" that had to post it online which is why its out there; it was conferred to a consent order and they politely invited the guy to register his thriving business in the State of Washington *(like everyone else)*. Whoever is shallow and weak enough to go on complaints like this doesn't deserve to be in business in the first place. Never put the opinion of someone off the street who could be anyone (an ex, a fired employee, anyone with a reason to say something to hurt them: crazy stepfather...etc), above the actual real life credibility of the person. Shame on you if you do.

She agreed to work on comm as a recruiter then posted a nasty "business threatening" pseudo complaint where she claims that she knows of a person who lost money with me several years ago "during the pandemic". She claims that she was owed money and that she was lied to. The TRUTH is she started out as really organized but talks like a cartoon character "no kidding; you have to hear it to believe: I even had her on speakerphone for my colleague to hear who is a voice over who agreed she could be a voice over". After not being able to land a rep as a recruiter she called me up and demanded that I pay her for trying or she would slam me online somehow and "ruin my life": And this after she, in her giggling and characteristic way asked me if I was single or married for which I took no interest. Just found out a few days ago she did what she said she was going to do. Just warning employers out there. Oh, and she is also some weird self proclaimed "romance writer" so she is "rosey" if you know what I mean.

The Washington State "thing" was not a charge or conviction it was for posting a Craigslist ad before registering the ad in the business office in WA: Washington state is unique in this way and why they have so many of this paperwork registration type violations (more than any other state). When they talk about "licensing rights' they mean filing the ad with their business office prior to posting the ad. They do NOT mean not licensed to sell Coffee programs because there is something wrong with them. Further more, they sent the original request for info to the wrong address which is why went as far as it did. Once it was received and what they wanted was clarified it was withdrawn and quickly filed as a 'consent order" meaning "no issue or violation" was recorded. Any [censored] can verify this. At the beginning of the Pandemic maybe one person disappeared who for whatever reason never followed up. I think they charged us back the 5k then the bank didn't believe their claim because we had done so much work for them and our policy is if you cb your fee becomes non-refundable since we do refunds on request with no problem. Further, all the info in this complaint is just wrong; from the alleged name of the person to the company they work for. It's also obvious that they have never been an actual customer and are upset over a paycheck dispute; and going on hearsay with no name or facts with regard to the purported "actual" complaint. Plus, I know the HR stuff was a VERY long time ago; and those recruiters were on commission so I'm curious about what kind of pay they believe they are owed and for what.
