They are definitely a SCAM. As a previous claim stated, these are not UL listed lighting. My experience was that I ordered a light that when installed caused a seizure-inducing level strobe. I immediately uninstalled the light as it was clearly not safe. Upon contacting customer service, they refuse to honor a refund because I assembled the light. I asked them what their policy was on sending defective lights to customers but they claim because I can't send them a video of the strobing they won't consider a refund. I am not willing to reassemble and reinstall a dangerous light simply to having them make an additional excuse as to why they won't refund the light.

They have sent us the wrong products (mismatched lights of which we ordered 2 of the same). They said we cannot exchange because they are "clearance" even though we simply were sent the wrong thing. They have stopped responding to emails and we are still waiting on the other lights we ordered. The prices look nice, but APPEARS TO BE A SCAM!

I ordered 4 lights and after 8 weeks, I have received only 2 of them. (They were supposed arrive in 3-7 days.) I don't like one of them but can't find info to return. They do not answer email, Facebook message or phone calls to respond to my missing orders.

I purchased over $800 worth of light fixtures from this website. Their website claims that all the light fixtures are UL listed and therefore legally usable in the USA per the electrical building codes. This is not the case - none of these light fixtures are truly UL listed. I cannot use any of these fixtures. I have contacted their customer service email address at least 6 times asking for a refund. They refuse to provide a refund or a return authorization. They claimed they were sending me the UL listing documentation for each light but the email had no attachments. This website is a scam - selling unusable light fixtures to people and never providing refunds or allowing returns as they claim.
