I ordered a vaporizer from YOCAN Site yocanvaperizer.com On March 19 with 2/4 day expedited shipping.. I waited up until March 26 and started contacting USPS as I got an email on March 20 a day after I purchased this product with a tracking number saying my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number to follow my package that was the last email I got/sent I waited up until 10 days on March 30 and then Emailed the seller requesting a refund if they can just send the package back to wherever they dropped it off because it Was already 10 days since it shipped and I haven’t got an update and I felt something was wrong so I finally got a hold of the California chino Hills post office They told me they don’t have my package that the seller never once dropped off my package at all and all the seller did was create a shipping label, which is why I got an email with the tracking number, but they never dropped my package off and they’re not in possession of it!! They admitted that they got an email proof from the seller that they did drop my package off this indiscretion is proof that I got scammed why would the seller email me and say they dropped my package off four days ago when I emailed them for a refund they emailed me back saying they cannot refund. My package was already dropped off and now I’m hearing from the USPS which is an official company of the United States, they would not lie to me. They just told me they never got my package. They’re not in possession of any package. It’s just a tracking number from a shipping label that was created and they also told me that the person that created the shipping label number that I only paid for an envelope is worrying me because I purchased a vaporizer which would not fit in a little envelope so I don’t know what is going on why I’m having so many problems and discretions USPS finally told me they don’t have my package. They never got a package. I paid $52.38 for this vaporizer the seller will not get back to me ever since I requested a refund and they told me that they can’t issue a refund because it’s already shipped out and USPS has it, but I have proof because USPS just had a package and I’m not in possession of it so I can’t be with Refund on this site. I just want to prevent other people from getting scammed. This is a fraudulent site. (Yocanvaperizer.com) and I would like to make it known and get help I lost $52.38. USPS just told me that my package is not on the way because they don’t have a package and I feel this is 100% proof that I got scammed. The seller told me they dropped it off already. I got an email saying that my package was shipped on March 20. It is now April 4 and I just am finding out that my package was never dropped off? This is not right I’m upset about this. I work hard for my money and I can’t afford to lose $52.38 and still have to go out and buy another Vaporizer lied to me and scammed me.. If you could please help me somehow please I would appreciate it. I’m just a person and the seller knows that they can scam me and get away with it but if you help me, maybe they will somehow make it.
