YOELKIS VELAZQUEZ, he is Cuban.
Yoelkis Velazquez agreed to change the base cabinets in my kitchen for $2,500.00 for the labor and materials including the base kitchen cabinets provided by him. He asked for $1,350.00 to buy the cabinets that he can start the job. I gave him a check for $1,350.00 on March16 2021. He cashed my check on March 17 2021 and he never returned to do the job, or returned my money!!
