Ordered halloween mask from this company. Seems like they have their scam down pat. Same thing, said item was delivered. Wrong address, run around. Will never order another item from facebook ad. Filed claim with paypal. If they let this fraud continue, they are part of the problem. If i don't recieve refund paypal will be going bye bye.

I ordered 3 talking pumpkins 60 days ago they sent me a tracking number. I then received it was delivered. I went to post master and the shipment was delivered to another street and didn’t even have my name on it. Unfortunately PayPal ruled in their favor. You can’t count on PayPal! I will definitely cancel PayPal! They’re just as bad

Ordered three talking/singing pumpkins through Yokawa after seeing a Facebook ad for $59.98 on 9/18. Promised a 15-20 day turnaround time. Was given a tracking number that was not related to my purchase. USPS confirmed that I was scammed. Reported to PayPal to see if they can help me resolve . Based on other posts on this page and my own personal experience, this company is a complete SCAM. Facebook should not allow them to take out ads anymore.

I ordered two fluffy blankets and pillowcases from FaceBook (last time EVER although it was fin until now) end August. The advert stated items made in and sent from Texas US. Received tracking two days later BUT item dispatched from China. Waited. End September (advert said 1-2 weeks delivery time) tracker said items delivered to a town near me. Contacted seller (moreichto, email [email protected]) who replied items sent to wrong address, please be patient. Have waited another month, always the same answer: we've sent your items, please be patient. Have begun a paypal complaint, but seeing everyone else's experience, have little hope. From now on, I'm only buying from established, serious websites, and will stop using paypal.

I ordered talking pumpkins from a facebook add. I posted a pic of what I received. What a scam! I wouldn't pay 1 dollar for this at the dollar store! Company would only offer to refund a small amount and that I had to pay for return shipping to china that would be over $20. I allowed the refund but lost out on about 40 dollars for three stupid plastic pumpkins that measure about 4 inches and light up. Cheap crap and a scam!

I still can't believe I allowed myself to be pulled into this scam. I thought Facebook vetted the companies doing business on their social media site. This so called talking pumpkin for $25 turned out to be nothing more than a 2 inch x 2 inch plastic pumpkin with a face painted on it. Nothing more. Last time I do any business with any company posting on P.O.S. Facebook (see photo)

I ordered floating mats for 3-6 people, the mats came and were 18x24 inches, I have tried contacting the customer support @ joyanswer.com- 6 times, I have returned the mats and I am now trying to dispute through my credit card company. This is really sad that this company is being allowed to take advantage of so many people. Any suggestions to remedy this and be refunded?

I order a product from Yokawa Network Limited on October 3rd 2020. I never received the product so contacted PayPal because I made the purchase through them. I called PayPal on October 7th and filed a dispute for not getting my item. On October 17th after PayPal gave them 10 days to respond, Yokawa responded and decided to send out the package at the very last minute. I tracked the package up until the day it was suppose to be delivered which was today 10/20/2020. I waited for to it to be put in the box or by the door but never got it. I check the mailbox twice after I learned that the item said it was delivered at the mailbox. This was a fake purchase! PayPal still allows these people to take our money and give us nothing in return. Here is tracking the number for USPS - LN289860701CN. Lastly, I read on the PayPal Community that many others were scammed by Yokawa. Where is the justice? Where is my money? I will be closing my PayPal account over this. I never had a problem with PayPal up until now but now I can see just how PayPal treat us as customers and its really sad!!!

And I will report to BBB, along to any and everyone I know ... not do any ordering through this company. I had promised these to my grandkids...so sad. I purchased a talking pumpkin $42.95 and received a pumpkin night light that was worth about $4 When I contacted them they said because there was nothing wrong with the product I received they couldn't give me a refund. I contacted Paypal and the company responded for me to return item on my dime, oh hell no, I'm waiting on refund.

Placed an order on 9/16/20 through an advertisement on Facebook for talking/singing pumpkins from a company called "Glorypros". They charged my account $49 (purchased through Paypal) -weeks went by and finally I saw they emailed me a tracking number which stated that my item was delivered to a town with my name, but in an entirely different state. I placed a claim with paypal and need to wait to hear back. I hear nightmare stories that they will provide paypal with bogus tracking info. then my claim may be dropped? I am hoping to get a refund from Paypal...I have to wait now until Oct. 31. Lesson learned, never will purchase another item through those click bait advertisements on FB or Instagram that look so enticing. SMH. PS the website Glorypros no longer exists...of course!

UPDATE: The Yokawa company provided Paypal with the same bogus tracking number they sent me in the beginning after I filed my complaint with Paypal. I was able to get my money back thanks to Paypal customer service and feel really good about it too. I won't be fooled again by these Facebook ads!
