I spent $55.80 on what I thought would be robo vacs and they had the nerve to send me stupid plastic little looking kid toy replicas. Now they want me to pay to have them shipped back. I think they should be charged with fraud as I can’t believe what I actually received in place of what was advertised. These kind of crooks need to be punished then stopped. Their claim to be able to sell them so cheap was because they were a new company just getting started, they wanted to build their reputation. What B.S.! Let’s hang these crooks!

Ordered an animated pumpkin for Halloween. Received an email stating that the product had been delivered, but nothing was actually received. Seller acknowledged that the tracking data was defective, promised to ship another. Again, nothing received. Filed claim with PayPal, was just notified that claim was denied because "we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered." Apparently PayPal is as big a fraud as Yokawa Network Limited.

I orderd two rc cars from this company (site name sizecherish). After money transfer through paypal I was sent an "order confirmation" including "view order" tab which leaded to a fake information about the order (currently leading nowhere but to the site mentioned above with "404 Page Not Found"). After a few days I asked about this from their support and was told that there are some delays etc. and politely asked waiting patiently. In the last 2 emails I received I was asked to wait for a couple of short days, in both. Now it's been 5 days without any response. I decided to file a complaint to paypal. The process is still ongoing in paypal. In the complain I linked this scampulse to wake up paypal.

My case was "resolved" by paypal. The shipping confirmed and true tracking number applies. No refund. Right, it's been a month the package entered the destination country (according to the tracking), Finland in this case, and I have heard nothing about it. I contacted 17track.net and this is what I got for an answer: "Dear 17TRACK user:

According to the tracking number format, your parcel was shipped by surface mail shipping method.
Surface mail means the parcel cannot be tracked in the destination country after it leaves the originating country or arrives in the destination country, which accounts for the reason why there is no new update for a long time.
The tracking number is only for determining whether the parcel was shipped or not, but it cannot be tracked and we couldn't know when it will enter your country or be delivered to you because there will be no available info from the carrier in the destination country.
Under most circumstances, the item will be delivered by local postman.

If you have any complaint about the delivery, kindly contact the seller.

Yes, there might be a package sent but what is really in the package and what was marked as a destination address (or anything but country) on the package. The package was never meant to be received because it doesn't include the products I bought. Very clever scam and paypal is part of it. I would like this to be stopped, my money is irrelevant!

As of July or Aug 2020 I also ordered a saw from this company and it is now Nov 2020 and still have not received tte order they claim has been shipped. Luckily I paid through Paypal son they are investigating this matter. Dumb me I should have looked up this company well before I ever ordered anything from them. Lesson learned. Good luck to everyone and DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM YOKAWA NEWWORK LIMITED THEY BARE CROOKS!

Paypal just "investigates" it and confirms that product was shipped. After that they wash their hands. Case after case.

I made a purchase with these jerks on October 13, 2020 for the mini chainsaw $39.98 including $5.99 S/H and never received the items that was ordered. Was given a tracking number that was not related to my purchase. I will contact PayPal to see if they can help me resolve, but based on other posts on this page it will be a waste of my time. Therefore based my own personal experience, this company (Yokawa Network Limited) is a complete SCAM. Shame on them!

I order security cameras and I have not received so I'm trying to figure out what happened here but they took my money but I haven't received my merchandise yet so what do I do so why is Paypal taking their money knowing it's a scam so I think PayPal should I pay people back for doing this cuz they're allowing this company to do this and we can't get their names or numbers where this company is
