I ordered the same thing. Got two 32G micro SD cards instead of cameras. I have a dispute through PayPal Resolution Center. If you purchased with PayPal you may get a refund. I've won one of these fraud cases from China through PayPal so there is hope.

I ordered a GTA 26 Battery-powered Wood cutter Chainsaw that was being advertised on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. I paid with PayPal. After one month waiting, I received a chain with two orange straps in a very small pouch. After going online to complaint, I have found that many customers who ordered the chainsaw, also received a chain with straps. Now, I find out that even PayPal will not help get your money back, and I cannot get anyone to answer on the website.

I saw an advertisement from playing a game on my cell phone. It was for a Stihl GTA 26 battery operated hand held woodcutter at a reduced price. I ordered it via PayPal and when I received it weeks later it was a chainsaw blade with looped synthetic nylon handles on each end. The package said shipped from ZJLogistics out of Ontario California. What a scam, thank god I payed by American Express who payed Pay Pal and informed American Express that Yokawa Network Limited was a scam and disputed the payment to PayPal;

OMG I am going through the same thing now. They are insisting the chain with the orange strap is what I ordered. We still not have gotten to the point where it doesn;t even matter now what I thought I was getting and what they shipped me. I want to send it back and get a refund to my Pay Pal account.

Ordered bras seen on Facebook in April, 2020. Didn't receive until August and they are COMPLETELY different from what I ordered and what was pictured on FB. Spoke with Yokawa through email. They refused to send me a return label, stating "their warehouse verified the order was correct". What BS! Now I'm fighting it through Paypal, who states the customer is willing to give me a full refund if I return the merchandise. The shipping to CHINA costs as much as the item! I refuse to give them another dime! There's no guarantee they will honor my refund if I ship it back. They will probably say they never received it!

A lot of products advertised are just scams. Products are not what are seen on the adds. I ordered a wifi camera. It has not been delivered and there is no one or site to contact anyone. I have done my money. Learn a lesson, and do not buy from sites that may be from China.

I ordered a periodic table with elements in a glass casing form my sons birthday. when i received the package, you could imagine my surprise when i opened it up and a mouse pad came out with the periodic table printed on it. i am disputing it with paypal right now. the company says the will give refund but, 1. must be closed and sealed in original packaging, they want it shipped back over seas using only dhl or ups, and even after you return the item they say they still say they can refuse the return, if they feel the return item is not in the same condition as is was shipped. i asked for them to send me a shipping label so i can return it, and have not herd from them since.

Why is PayPal and eBay continuously allowing money to be taken out of our PayPal accounts without our authority ,knowing YOKAWA. Google it! You will get NO feedback from eBay or PayPal, they are happy to let them take our money. Thieving [censored] , all of them.

I just had $80 fraudulently taken out of my PayPal account by Yokawa network.
I have never even used them. Reported to EBay as a scam & they CLOSED the case immediately. Without even contacting me . This is stealing. Are What and PayPal working together in fraud? I will be removing ALL my items as a seller and have NOTHING to do with them again. Dodgy af.

Same thing happened to me. I opened a Paypal claim, and the seller actually said that all I ordered was the golf ball. Really? $29 for a foam golf ball? They offered a refund if I returned the ball, but who knows what the shipping costs would have been to China. I opted to call Paypal instead of doing anymore online, and they instantly refunded my money and saw that it was a scam. Paypal was great!

I saw an ad on Facebook for a chip in golf set from Yokawa Network Limited at Peachcell.com. The board was like a corn hole board with different holes and also had a putting pad and golf balls. I ordered it the beginning of June. I didn’t receive anything until the end of August. I received 1 foam golf ball. I reached out through PayPal and they said I didn’t order the full set. I said there’s no way 1 golf ball costs over $30. I asked for a customer service phone number, an ad showing what the set costs, a catalog, any kind of information. They had no real answers or response to any of those questions! You can no longer find their website or the original ad. I’m worried they are going to use other names and keep doing this. Many people on Facebook have posted they were scammed the same way. I really hope justice is served.

I ordered an item on June 2, 2020 and paid through Paypal. I have never received my order, which was a golf game. I have made several complaints to the shipping company but nothing.
