These people are a farse and have NO live person to ever talk to!! BEWARE DONT BUY FROM YOUR WORLD!

Beware- Don’t purchase from this online company! They do not offer any customer service you can talk to; it’s all done through emails which only states that your order is on the way and to be patient. If you send any other further emails, they simply don’t respond. If you call their customer service number, it states that due to Covid everyone is working from home, communication is only through email. Most businesses are open for customer service, but not them. There is an apparent reason for this. They are only interested in getting your money and throwing you a bone of your order if anything. I ordered 8 outside torch lights and only got 2. One was busted in the box and the other one doesn’t work at all. I have reached out many times through email and nothing has been replied to and still no torch lights! It has been 2 months and yet, nothing. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. Hope this helps you to not go through the grief I had. Have a Great day!

Don't Buy From These People

We purchased a gift for our Granddaughter and they shipped it in a plastic bag. The box was obliterated by the time we received it. Who would give a gift in a mangled box? Being too late to re-order we purchased a gift locally. We asked for a return and refund and that's when the run around started. They wanted a picture of the damaged box then several weeks later wanted a video of the damaged box. Finally, we appealed to PayPal and they investigated and closed the case siding with the vendor. Don't buy from these scammers and I'll never use PayPal as well.

Don’t order something in YourWorldShop! I was waiting my projector more longer than they promised me. And when it come it was defective (didn’t stay) and video was different (not like in website). And now they don’t want to give refund me, they just ignore me. I stay without decoration for Halloween and without good mood because this “nice” company😡

I bought two items but they only sent one(received 1.5 month later), I emailed them to ask for a refund they said they sent it separately and asked me to wait. It’s been 2 and a half month but I still didn’t receive it...

The “forever rose” is made of very cheap materials, not worth the money although they offered a huge discount. They have a lot of comments and photos saying how beautiful the roses are, I don’t know why I have the same feeling and I feel I was mislead.

It’s all a Scam, they will take your money off you and not send anything in return! When you ask for a refund, all they will do is ignore your message, don’t get scammed like I did, there all loads of other legit businesses where you can purchase everything the site sells from which is also cheaper and better quality!

I’ve been scam from a company from overseas and PayPal is allowing this to happen I’ve made a police report for items that I have purchased and I’ve only received one out of six items item was not described what was sent I’ve been trying to get my money back for over 30 days now with no success I cannot send the package that I received the one package due to the coronavirus outbreak there are no international shipments the post office would not except my shipment so PayPal also gave me the incorrect address that the seller gave them I cannot send anything off due to the fact of the incorrect address for the return of my item for my full refund
