Same story, ordered item, got something completely different many weeks after ordering, then they offer to refund 40% on the junk they sent, want their junk item sent back to them (which is way more expensive than the junk they sent). Total scam.

I ordered and paid for 2 Stihl chainsaws advertised online when playing a game. I received two chains and no chainsaws.

I almost fell victim to this. They have the chains advertised for sale and you think you’re ordering the saw. It’s $80 and is purchased separately from the replacement chains!

My experience is the same I ordered 2 of these and got a two chains with nylon handles. Below is the photos of the product they offered and it clearly shows a hand held POWERSAW not a chain with nylon handles! Feel like I got Ripped off! Please advise what to do next.

I also ordered the chainsaw for a Christmas gift on 12/20/20. I along with thousand others didn’t receive the chainsaw. Instead I received a chain with two handles. This is a case of scamming and I have asked for my money back..
The photo attached is the same one like the one I ordered but there was no small picture with the chain with handles.
I filed a dispute with pay pal and I was able to make contact with YT Technology but now they are saying that I didn’t order the chainsaw, which is false.
I am a disabled female and that was to be my husbands Christmas gift. Now I’m out almost $40.

"Superyung" advertises "Stihl" battery powered chainsaws for $29.99 on Candy King Games Crush and other social media websites. They deliver a manual chain with nylon handles! Then, when you submit a dispute to Paypal or your Credit Card Company "[email protected]" takes over customer service using a Zendesk customer service application ([email protected]) and the name "Pony Green (shenlantiaodong)" whose email address is "[email protected]". Pony offers you discounts, increasing with each email message, to keep the product that you did not order and tells you returning it will be very expensive ($20 for an item for which you paid $29.99 plus $8 shipping) because you need to return it to China.
In my case the company did not have permission to sell the "Stihl" chainsaw or to use its name and images. Stihl has been notified and is consulting with the authorities.

I believe that these scammers keep creating a string of new companies with ***** Network Technology Co LTD names all using the same scam and the same Pony Green customer service. Fill in SHIXI, LEITE, CMH, JKY, IFSL, SHMH for the ***** above and check out these companies and you will find the same issues. This is not an all inclusive list.
