I saw an ad for escooters for $29.99 on Facebook and when I clicked on the ad it offered another one for an extra $30.00 with free shipping so I paid $59.99 with my cash app card. After about 5 weeks they said it was out for delivery but I never received the scooters. I have had a lot of correspondence with this so called support from Yurhala and eventually they stopped responding when I adamantly requested a refund.
