Zeely advertises a 7-day free trial where you pay $1 to begin the trial, but you can cancel any time. After signing up, I quickly learned that the app did not work and didn’t provide any of the value that it promised.

Turns out the only way to cancel the trial is to reach out to customer support - just a few hours into my trial, I reached out to them specifically to cancel my trial ASAP, no response. I followed up again two days later - still no response.

On the 6th day, they attempted to charge my card $119, and they still haven't responded, so now I need to keep my card locked and potentially replace it since they refuse to respond or cancel the trial they said could be canceled at any time. It’s a scam to lock people into the subscription and simply ignore their cancelation requests.

There are tons of reviews in the app store with the same experience.

I ordered the Zeely App on the app website, and then when I couldn't figure it out before the 3-day trial was up. So I tried to cancel it and they said no problem and said they wouldn't charge me. And you can see this on their website and in google play reviews as well, that they have scammed a lot of people on this app. Wilmington, DE 19802-4447 is where the company is saying they're from but there is no address to be found and I think it's a shell company or a company that is fake. I have been through numerous emails with them attempting to get my $119 back and every email says the same thing over and over: "We sent you the money back" Now, I have to check my bank account over and over again, and nothing is coming through.
