I kept getting promises until it arrived (again on 01/05/2021). On receiving the vest and taking it from the package it was quite obvious that there were no heating elements inside the vest and no hookups for batteries, power cells, or any other electric source.
I also found that even though I ordered a 4XL I could just barely get into the vest, it fits fine on my 12 year old granddaughter fine which shows how small it really is.
In trying to correspond with PayPal they told me that I had to deal with the company where I purchased the vest from and that they would be monitoring the correspondence through Zhixin Trade.
I began to deal with Zhixin Trade and 20 e-mails were sent back and forth with the request made by me on how to return this vest as it was quite obviously not what they advertised and lead people to believe that they would receive, Zhixin Trade finally sent an address to me with instructions that I had to send them the vest and once they received it they would refund my money. The address being:

and that I also had to pay the shipping fees to send the misrepresented article back.
Now I'm quite sure that I'm going to spend more good money after bad, not get a refund and then be out everything.
Every e-mail sent back to me kept stating that their products were top notch and I needed to recheck the vest as it was heated (five pictures had even been sent numerous times in my e-mails showing the vest with even the pockets turned inside out, but they continued to tell me to check it)
This company is nothing more than a bunch of ripoff artists hiding behind continental boundaries which makes it impossible to either get satisfaction from or even file a complain against.
PayPal is also culpable in this rip off as they stated that they would keep abreast of the problem but never once did I receive any further communications from them during the whole period that this went on.
I would warn everyone against dealing with this company in any way shape or form and to also be leery of dealing with PayPal.

I think they needed to protect their customers interest, rather than saying, "Sorry about ya!" I was mostly disappointed in how Pay Pal left me with no means to get refunded and no help in contacting the company. Seems like they would have some type of contact info with vendors using their services. Anyhow, like all the people here, I guess we learned the hard way. Zhixin Trading you will reap what you are sowing. So that's my only solace.
Also ordered handmade wood carved Eagle Wreath! I got a ‘hand-make’ yourself styrofoam wreath with plastic foam pieces to put it together!
Order was processsed through PayPal.. I have no PayPal acct but my credit card was charged. Need a refund and place to Return!

I finally received two small chair covers but no chairs and the covers are too small for a full sized chair (maybe a small child could fit).
I have emailed them several times and they refuse to give a refund but only a voucher for $10. I don't want to purchase something for $10. Give me my $40.00 back.

Having suspected that this was a scam when I recieved the carry bag, I started to look up this trader and to my dismay, I found several reports on the internet of similar scams. I was detemined to not let this beat me and so I persisted with PayPal until I managed to get a refund. I advise others never to give up and also to report the activities of this trader on a wide media.
I will dispute this case. They are a bunch of Crooks.
