I ordered canopy outdoorb camping chairs from this co. The item sent was the carrying cases in the mail thru USPS for the chairs. I paid using paypal the company sent a tracking number that is for the cases and is misleading paypal to show evidence of delivery. The tracking number parcel description says lightweight 2.10 Kg. There is no way two adult size chairs would weigh this amount. Pay pal is using this information as proof of delivery of the chairs. I believe there should be two shipments and company is using chair carrying cases which is a backpack as proof of chair delivery. I ordered the chairs because they protect me from the sun and I am unable to enjoy outdoor activity as the sun damages my skin and my health , I have Lupus I want this company flagged and punished for this scam'

I ordered two 17 inch dolls. Reborn babies. I was sent to 6 inch dolls. Plastic. Dolls I could of bought at Walmart for 5 dollars. I paid 65 dollars apiece. No response from PayPal. Waiting on better business bureau to answer me. The company goes by ciltce. Don't order anything from here. Its a big scam company. Got their money I would like my product I ordered or my money back.

On July 6, I ordered 2 folding chairs and paid through PayPal. After 7 weeks I received 2 drawstring chair bags - No chairs. Filed a claim with PayPal, but they finally said that Zhixin Trading had delivered my order. Its now been 2 months. I tried to call PayPal, but they said there is no one available on phone to help and I should go through their website help line. Well, okay then. I guess I’ll convert my 2 expensive bags into wine holders and go on a picnic with a blanket to lay on the ground. Thanks PayPal.

I ordered 2 lawn chairs from zhixin trading company off of Instagram through PayPal on July 2, 2020. I was sent 2 pieces of material with drawstrings. I have had a dispute going with PayPal since August 24th trying to get the money returned. Everyday PayPal has a different excuse as to why my claim hasn't been finished. I have sent evidence multiple times. Today I was told that I would need to return the items for a refund but I may not have the correct address to return items. If I cant return the items then no refund. I replied by saying since PayPal is in contact with the seller they can tell zhixin trading company that I require a prepaid mailing label sent to me immediately and items will be returned. I also told PayPal that zhixin trading company is defrauding its customers and PayPal is allowing it to continue. I have filled a scam report with ScamPulse.com against the zhixin trading company.

I ordeered 2 Canopy Chairs as well. After almost 2 months, only received 21 chair covers. I disputed with PayPal and because the tracking number shows "merchandise delivered" they will not refund my money. Contacting the company is a joke, as well as trying to contact PayPal. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and I will no longer purchase anything via PayPal because, obviously, they don't vet the sellers that they work with. This is the 2nd scam seller via PayPal that I have had a problem & lost money. Linda E

Yep, I fell for it too. I purchased what was advertised as an electric mini circular saw set. All I got was a tiny blade, no saw. Several attempts at contacting them failed. Paypal has been no help, even though it boasts of a "refund" policy. Paypal said it is "investigating." My receipt clearly indicates a saw and a blade. It don't get any more evident than that, but Paypal now says I have to file a police report. So what is Paypay "investigating?" I guess one ole excuse to try not to refund customers is as good as another. And yes, I will file a report and see what hoop Paypal says I have to jump through next.

I have had exactly the same thing. Today, after almost 3 months Zhixin have agreed to refund money as long as I send bags back, tracked which will cost me over £10 ! Linda, Paypal agreed to get my ,money back. I sent pics of tracked number on the envelope, and 2 bags and order (next to a tape measure so size of bag could be seen) Still got to wait for money refund though.

paypal took the money from my credit card account [$39.98} on July 7. I never received the chairs; it is now Sept. 1,2020. I received 2 blue bags from Rosemond ,CA.This is obviously a scam as I have seen numerous other unhappy people complaining about these same canopy chairs. I would like to get my money back ASAP. If you purchased via PayPal you can forget getting a refund. Because the company sent (us) the 2 chair covers - the tracking number shows the merchandise was delivered. BIG SCAM!

I had the same thing happen to me as Linda Sowers. I received one bag instead of my folding chair with canopy. Paypal denied me after sending them the receipt/description and a picture of the bag they sent with the shipping package. Paypal reversed their decision after I made it clear that I didn't receive what I had ordered. They thought that I never received anything but I did it was not what I ordered. Once they saw the mistake they changed the reason for my claim. You just have to make it clear to paypal your claim reason. Don't give up and good luck.

I made an order on july 2, 2020 with zhixin trading company. I ordered 2 premium portable camping folding lawn chairs with canopy. I have not received my order. It was paid for through PayPal. I have sent 2 notifications to officialzhixintrade.com and have not received an answer from them. I sent an email to **************** and did not receive an answer back. On Aug 10, 2020 I received 2 small blue bags from an address in Rosemead, CA with a PO Box 6368 area cose 91770 with the same tracking number. It was a fraud scheme to dupe people out of their money and send something cheap in place of what was shown to be ordering. PayPal is handling the situation for me. I am hoping to get my money back. I am pleased with PayPal their immediate help in getting resolution.
