I ordered what I believed to be battery operated dog toy as shown in the ad..what I actually got was a pathetic looking stuffed toy dog ..I paid by Paypal but my dispute fell on deaf ears ..lesson learned do not touch this company I paid £21 for something I could buy for £2 ..really unhappy about this con so I want to warn others

I ordered a wreath on October 13th and haven't received any thing. No email, no way to contact to see if it is being sent and they took my money. Is there anything that can be done. This was ordered of the facebook Americana Eagle wreath, they are tons of reviews saying how much people liked theirs. Thought it was a legitimate site.

This company took $40 from me for two laser engravers and sent me two tiny tripods. After months of trying to get my money back from Zhixin (no response) and PayPal, Zhixin via PayPal offered $13. No way. I rejected that offer and await resolution.

I ordered a Camping Folding Lawn Chair with Canopy from Zhixin Trading Co. Ltd. on July 5, 2020. Instead of a folding chair I only received a small canvas draw-string bag. I payed $26.98 USD through PayPal. After months of dealing with PayPal they told me to return the bag to the company with tracing information, to receive a refund. The postage would have cost me more than my refund and by then I found out that the company was scamming a lot of customers. Their MO seemed to be the same. Instead of customers receiving their merchandise they got a bag. It seemed that PayPal has dealt with a lot of customers that where scammed by this company and made not effort to block this company. Since I did not return the bag, I did not get my money back from PayPal and they closed my case. I felt like I have been scammed twice.

Obviously a scam. I also ordered Camping folding lawn chairs with canopy in July - 4 of them that were supposedly 50% off at 19.99. I have never received them and have had no response from Zhixin Trading Co., Ltd. Since I went through PayPal I am hoping to get some resolution...….First time I have fallen for a scam like this.

Good luck! Hopefully you received nothing. Since I received a cheap trinket, the only way to get my money back it to ship it to China costing more than the original transaction amount.

I ordered 2 "battery operated" mini-chainsaws and got 2 hand operated chainsaw chains - which are used to cut in a see-saw manner. [email protected] stopped answering my e-mails after 2 responses that said -- very sorry but our records show this is what you ordered. They also switch to MURMITE as a contact name at times. The company appears to have a physical warehouse presence at 2352 Bent Creek Road, Auburn, Alabama 36830 as per the return address on the small shipping bag. Jon was the name above address. It appears that I've been gefickt for $60 and change by a picture of a STHIL saw that we call bait and switch in Jersey. Too ficken bad that the drive for justice from NJ exceeds the amount I got gefickt for ... Hope this info is useful to someone on this message board.

I've also been stung with the chairs. Received two bags to put the chairs in and when I queried where the chairs were, they said I only ordered bags and the chairs were another $200! PayPal aren't being very helpful either. Now want me to register a complaint with someone else, or the FBI! I thought PayPal were supposed to protect their payments?

I ordered two folding chairs on 6 July. I received two small canvas bags. I complained to the company and then through the PayPal resolution process. The bags have been posted back to China from the UK and PayPal have refunded my postage costs. When the company receive the bags PayPal should reimburse me. However, I am worried that the address will prove to be false, or the bags will not arrive. Lets see what happens. Nevertheless, it is unbelievable that PayPal allow this company to use their services when so many customers have reported the scam. Paypal state: PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from a seller, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered. I am still waiting too see whether they live up to their promise.

For every one of these scams, the solution is to only pay on delivery...and ensure that you are in when the delivery of the canvas bags is made because you can then see that the package obviously does not contain what you had orderd.We really must stop these fraudsters with every method we can but better still never buy from China.

Same experience with the camp chairs. Only received 2 small bags for dolls.
Filed complaint with Paypal 2 months ago and they just give me the run around too.
Paypal knows this company is a scam, ripping people off and still lets them do business. Possible that Paypal is getting a kickback on the money?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately, they have many different names they sell under but if you try and return an item, this is the name that comes up. I ordered two chairs with canopies in July. Then received only two very small cheap blue bags. After notifying Zhixin by e-mail 3 times, and heard nothing from them. I contacted my credit card company. Their ad states 'you can get a refund without reason but only if you return the item which would be fine if the cost of the return shipping to China wasn't 4 times the amount of the actual product! To get a hold of anyone from the company is impossible. Paypal will not refund until I return the product and I refuse to spend more to send the product back then what I actually paid. AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I can not believe Paypal would accept this company or any associated with it as the payment center. The number of complaints on this company is endless and they continue and Paypal continues to be part of the problem. This is complaint is with both Zhixin Trading Co. Ltd.!

This is exactly what happened to me: In July, I ordered two foldable chairs with canopies but received just two small blue bags ... much to small to hold the chairs I ordered.

But, why has the Zhixin Trading Co been able to proceed pocketing people’s money with this SHAM? Doesn’t Google or whom ever have a responsibility to make sure SCAMs DO NOT continue once being aware of the problem.
