Unprofessional and rude

I have purchased about 8 times from this seller and loved everything. Then just recently paypal decided to charge my account 3 months later for one of the purchases. I had no idea at the time what the charge was, I had not recognized it because I had not purchased anything recently for the amount. So I had called my bank and canceled my card because I suspected fraud. Couple days later I received a message from this seller about a false chargeback. When I realized I explained what happened she did not believe me. Saying my story did not make sense. That payments don't go through 3 months later and that they worked at a bank so they "know". She said I scammed her and then said I filed chargebacks on other people and blah blah blah. She wouldn't even hear me out. She must have bad experiences with people or something. Shouldn't be accusing people. That is very unprofessional and rude. After the whole thing of me trying to reason with them and explain my side, I found a community board for paypal. It happened to many others with paypal charging people months later. So it's paypals fault not mine. I sent them screenshots and no reply. I feel I deserve an apology. Scammers wouldn't offer to repay the amount or even reply for that fact. So please do more research and think before you start accusing people of things they didn't purposely do.

Placed order sent wrong item. She said she was refundimg me and that never went through. Supposed to send new item, it was lost in the mail. She called me a liar and theif when my final package arrived missing another item. Products are not good quality and over priced.
