Delta Airline Scammer

I went to the Delta website to get a ticket. It was at Delta.com. As I processed my request a operator called my number and said they were going to help me with my purchase. I told them I had already chosen the flignts round trip and they said OK and asked me to give them my credit card information. I did and they sent me a document to sign and I did. Then on my VISA card I saw an additional charge for $520.40 that I called Delta about. They said they had no information about that charge but had issued my tickets. I called the telephone number associated with the charge and found it to be a fake number. Now I see that this is an ongoing scammer that needs to be arrested. Let's get them.

I called what I thought was Delta customer service. They answered Delta. They changed my flight for me and even used my miles to upgrade. I was later charged $283 for the service which is how I found out I was scammed. I called American Express who advised me to call them to have them issue a refund. I did this and they refunded my money and then canceled my flight. Thankfully, Delta reissued my ticket but I had to pay more than the original. These people need to be in prison. PERIOD.

I called what I thought was the Southwest Airlines 800 # after I googled "Southwest Airlines 800 #". THis number (844725-2483) came up so I called it from my mobile. THe guy answered saying "Southwest Airlines". I made a change to my flight, gave him my cc# for the change in price (which he said was $7.29) and he put me on long hold. He had me e-sign a document online. Turns out it was actually $107.29 and he DID make the change with SWA (that's why my hold was sooo long) but he overcharged me by $56. It's a charge on my credit card for "Air Ticket" out of West Fargo, ND. His name was Jerry. I feel so stupid.

I called the number 1-888-598-3657 thinking they were United airlines and I asked for a change on my ticket which they did and they used my credit card.

Then they called me back from 754-263-4356. And left A message saying that my credit card did not except all the charges and I need to use a separate credit card for the additional charges

I called back the number they provided 18003137701 and foolishly gave them

My debit card information

Once I realized my mistake I called United.com and my bank.
