I made an order on April 2nd for custom name necklace. I got confirmation email from them. Later, no response for my emails. No more ads, FB pages or insta. And they charged my account with the name of NJ APPAREL. Guys be careful. Be Alert while u r shopping online, think twice is it scam or real or do research about it. Don't lose your money.

I also purchased 3 necklaces back in February from them and said 2 was refunded but I still haven’t received the other necklace in the mail or any refund for that one as well, today is May 14, 2020 ! I totally forgot that I purchased this until I sad another advertisement for personalized necklaces and remembered I purchased from this company !

Ordered a custom name necklace from them on February 16th. Forgot about the necklace until about a month ago, since I'd heard nothing from them. Got a notification on a shipping tracker app I use that my order "shipped," yet they never sent me a thing. Now, their IG is gone, their Facebook is gone, their website is gone, and I've emailed them several times, to no avail. They're absolute [censored] of the Earth.

Ordered 2 necklaces of them a few weeks ago. Did not receive the items and when I messaged them on Instagram, they blocked me and deleted their page. The website online does not work anymore either. Got an email from them saying order has been accepted, which was obviously fake. Very disgusting there are people out there who scam people. Hope whoever is behind this gets caught!

Ordered a necklace from here 6 weeks ago. Emailed them and then came on here to realise the likelyhood is I've been scammed! They've deleted their facebook page and website, they've basically took everyones money and ran off. Day light robbery! Disgusting especially since we are in the midst of a global pandemic!

I bought a necklace a month ago from website. I trusted this brand since I found it from instagram ad. However I’ve never received product and when I visit the home page, it has already gone. I went to my bank to protect all my money because they have my bank details, it is so scary. Anyway, I’ll get my money from bank and also changed card number. It is so disgusting, I tried to report Instagram about this company, but I haven’t got any pictures of their ads or profiles, so all I can do is let people know through this page. That is so disgusting especially when people try to do our best during this tough time.

I am so disappointed in this “business”. My friend and I were so excited to purchase name necklaces together. We got them when it was so much % off we paid $11.98 for each. We were so excited. We purchased them via credit card and never got a confirmation or tracking number. We thought it was odd but waited a couple days for it. Never came. We purchased them in February and figured with this covid-19, it would take longer. We have been asking each other if they have arrived at each others houses and nope, nothing. I don’t know if this report will do anything but I would like my necklace. I’ve tried looking alay vina accessories up and their phone number and not a thing can be found. We are so sad and disappointed.
